The Monk’s Cellar in Downtown Roseville has brought a little bit of Belgium to the West Coast, with a community-focused brewery and restaurant that serves fine artisanal beer and creative seasonal dishes.                       Great food, solid service. The corner our table was in was incredibly loud so it was hard to have a conversation. Otherwise enjoyable

                      The food was excellent and so was the service. The Duck fat fries are the bomb! So good. Without a doubt, the best fries we had ever had. My friend had the French Dip and I had the Craftsman. Both great with lots of beef or chicken. We sat outside and the noise level was very high. Sometimes we could not hear our conversation. Only negative.

                      Great local place for a good meal! Burgers and fries are outstanding as is the Brother Reuben sandwich and the Fish and Chips- outstanding Beer selections ! Service and management couldn’t be better.

                      Very nice location and the menu was delightful, can’t wait to go again and try a new dish . Service was attentive and knowledgeable.

                      We had a reservation and seated promptly. Both had burgers prepared correctly and the duck fat fries were crispy, very good. Our waitress was very tentative and had everything we asked for brought right away. It was a little noisy pretty crowded but it was a Saturday night. Will go back want to try the schnitzel sandwich.

                      Waitress was slow and unorganized. Took 15 minutes to even get a hello. Took a total of 30 minutes for drinks and dinner from start to finish was 1 hour and 30 minutes. Good was not that great once it came. Ordered medium hamburger and it came well done. Place was busy but no excuse for the bad service
