This is my second time coming here and the service and food are still extraordinary. If I could I would give it 10 out of 10. Love this new hot spot and the food never fails.

One of my favorite spots, barbacoa tacos and ribeye chicharon was amazing as was the himachi. The floors were slippery and slick, was a lady fall

Never fails to be excellent - our 5th visit and still as good as the first - service, food and ambiance are excellent - even with a packed house food is always delicious and hot

The restaurant was fabulous the food, service and atmosphere were perfect it’s OPEN TABLE not so fabulous. We had a $100 reward to use there, I followed all of the steps to activate it, showed in my account ready to use yet was declined in spite of several attempt.I think these “rewards” are a SCAM by open table. They try to discourage you by making it complicated to request the reward then when you finally get through the steps to use it then it doesn’t work! Buyer beware! ruined what was a nice dinner because of this BS operation called Open Table I will pursue legal action for misrepresentation

I had a chance to experience The Mexican yesterday and it was excellent! The food was flavorful and our server, Ryan, was very attentive. The decor is lovely and vibe is nice. I would definitely return. The meal and drinks were a little pricey but not overly so.

We decided to go at the last minute so we ended up on the patio which was not ideal. Service was very good but they kept coming over to ask about taking a photo and we weren’t interested. Next time I will make sure I’m I. The dining room. Food is always great!

The salsa flight was a great start, but the guac stole the appetizer show. For the main course I got the angus tacos and the 4 oz waygu filet. Both were amazing.

Excellent food and service. Our waiter, Larry suggested wonderful options and entire meal was perfectly timed. Appetizers, drinks, dinner and dessert were amazing. Best dining experience in the DFW area in a very long time. We will definitely return for more in the future.

Took Mexican food to another level!! Food, service and cocktails were excellent. A little loud in there but definitely a lively vibe. Highly recommend!

We celebrated our 9th Anniversary there and had a fantastic time. The food was great and we enjoyed the drinks and the wine. The service is always great and Carlos O. and Socrates made us feel welcome and not rushed. Gracias!

Hard to describe how amazing the food and experience is at The Mexican without you just trying it yourself. Menu is exceptional and expansive and the food was excellent. Staff were polite and respectful to all of your needs. Highly recommend

We love this place for special occasions! We were lucky enough to have Eddie as our server and he treated our party with so much care and attention to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend asking for Eddie as your server the next time you visit!

This was my 2nd time here and my cousin's first time for her bday. It was not the same experience the first time I visited. We had to send several dishes back. We ordered the chocolate cake along with the free quatro leches cake they give you for your bday and the free cake was way better than the cake we had to pay for. I'm not sure if this was a bad piece of cake or it it was suppose to be dry and crumbly like dirt. It was absolutely disgusting. Overall the bday dinner was ok, but nothing that knocked my socks off.

we went for my husband‘s birthday on Cinco de Mayo. I was last minute and trying to find a place to take him for dinner and thankfully we got a reservation here. The menu is incredible and we had a hard time picking what we wanted to eat because it all sounded so good, we ended up sharing a bunch of the hot shareables and Seabass ceviche, which was my favorite! Our waiter was so friendly and knowledgeable about the entire menu and the restaurant itself. The bathroom and area around the bathroom was fun for pictures last but not least they brought him a fun dessert with a sparkler for his birthday we will definitely be back.
