Our server Gabrielle was excellent! She was efficient and provided such a stellar experience. Josiah (a manager) also stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed and was very kind and attentive. This is my favorite location and the food is always delicious, experience and ambience was lovely and such a great value for everything you get. A Mother’s Day that my mother will happily remember.

A bit disappointed in this visit. Typically visit 1-2 times a year. We ordered the Alpine cheese fondue which seemed very heavy handed with the nutmeg and the cheddar fondue which was very watery. Service was average. At times it felt very rushed, and other times there was lulls-went a while with an empty water glass. The salads and dessert fondue were good. We did not do the 4-5 course experience as we have found it to be too much food. Typically we are love the cheese fondue-this trip was just not as good as we are used to.

Everything was great! Was mine and my wife’s 10-year anniversary. Was really cool I put in the reservation it was our anniversary. There were rose pedals and a small bouquet of roses in a vase.

Been to many Melting Pots. This was the most interesting. It was made from parts of an old mine. The decor is sweet. The noise level was low. Our waiter was wonderful. 10 out of 10.

Melting Pot is always a wonderful dining experience. It’s pricey though, so know what you’re getting into before you go.

Food is excellent and love the overall experience! Service was a little slow so make sure you leave plenty of time for the experience.

We have been to many Melting Pots over the years and this was by far the worst. 1) Restaurant was not busy and although we made a reservation, we were told we needed to wait since we had requested two cooktops. 2) They sat us in a booth with two cooktops but inaccessible to more than two people, making it pointless. 3) The waitstaff was not happy to be there. Distracted, inattentive and careless. It took an hour to receive a single refill to our drinks, for example. It took 30 minutes to get our dessert after finishing our main course. 4) The alpine cheese fondue was runny and not made correctly. When we asked for it to be corrected, we were told they needed to ask the manager. The Bourbon Chocolate dish was also made incorrectly as we watched our waitress double up on the flambé as she was distracted. When we complained that it was runny and did not even taste like chocolate or like it should (we have had this dish before), the waitress shrugged and said it was correct. 5) The bourbon steak was extremely tough and not a high quality cut. The portions were inconsistent among the three dishes that were ordered. 6) We were celebrating a birthday. At other locations, celebrations are made special. Our guest received a candle in the pound cake. While another table also celebrating was given all the works. It was very disappointing. For the cost, we recommend either going to a different location or a different restaurant all together.
