Could not sit where we wanted to outside. Our server was good , but calamari was not what it had been when restaurant was in its early days. Price was too expensive for amount and quality of food. Will probably not go back there.

Best dining experience I’ve had in Clarksville in a long time! first time there celebrating Mother’s Day brunch. Our server and staff were very helpful and incredibly welcoming and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Took us 30 minutes to get our drinks. We had to ask for my son’s apple juice three different times. We ordered appetizers. They came out at the exact same time as our food, an hour and half after we sat down. She seemed offended when we told her we didn’t want them and asked her to take them back. My son ordered chicken tenders and they tasted straight up like calamari. When I mentioned to her for safety reasons for future people who may be allergic to fish, she blew me off. She never asked if he wanted something else or offered him something else. Four of us ordered the Korean beef bowl and there was maybe 2oz of beef on each bowl. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had there and more than likely we will not return.

We had dinner there tonight. I ordered the chicken skewers and my husband ordered the steak skewers. My meal had very little chicken on the skewers and came out room temperature to cold. My husbands came out lukewarm. It took quite a while for our food to come out and i wonder if it was sitting out getting cold. We were very disappointed and did not enjoy our meals. We are regulars to downtown Clarksville and will not be back to The Mail Room.
