The Landing Rooftop at Hotel Melby Downtown Melbourne, Tapestry Collection by Hilton.

The interior space is rich and bold with charming appeal. The exterior terrace and lounge area offers sweeping views of the Indialantic River and the Atlantic Ocean. The featured art pieces highlight Downtown Melbourne's local artist and talent.

Parking information: Guests may park on levels two, three, and four. Level two of our garage offers complimentary three hour parking in the highlighted green spaces by registering your license plate via text to (321) 218-5881. All vehicles parked outside of our highlighted green spots will be charged $2.00 per hour and will need to text 'pay' to 321-218-5881 with a photo of the license plate. Cameras monitor the garage at all times.

Please note, outdoor seating is not guaranteed. We will try to accommodate your request as best we can. We look forward to hosting you at The Landing Rooftop!

Thoroughly enjoying the Island Conch Fritters, Charred Octopus, Guava Glazed Ribs, and Yucca Fries. Great drinks too! Will definitely come back on our next visit to Melbourne. Kudos to Chase for taking great care of us.

Over rated rooftop restaurant. odd floor plan, but the outdoor space was the most lovely. the food was salty and all tasted the same. service took forever. from food to check, had to wait a long time. you go for the view and maybe the drinks -- but otherwise, i'm sure there are better places. we had the crab cakes, ceaser salad, yuca and humming bird bread -- def just a C, nothing special.

No side vegetable noone cared Disappointing ambiance for inside dining. More like a cafeteria than a fine dining restaurant. While swordfish was delicious BUT the menu misrepresented what was on the plate. There was NO side vegetable. There was. Maybe a tablespoonful of corn, radishes and chopped snow peas mixed with the sabra noodles (noodle salad) but NO side vegetable. Tried to explain the discrepancy between the advertised offering and wat was presented to Hector, the manager, but he was defensive and only interested in justifying the plate. Will not go back not because the swordfish wasn't good but because the plate was not as advertised and management was uninterested and unapologetic.

Service and food was excellent. Just a tip, when ordering such as appetizers, salad and main course, let server know you want them one at a time. Everything was brought out all at once. The desert would have come out too except they no longer had key lime pie. They were kind enough to correct the issue. Great views as well. If in the area again would definitely return.

Hostess was not helpful. She was too busy chatting with friends. Server was not attentive, did not bring out all portions of order. Just told him not to worry about the potatoes. We were told not to raise the umbrella, but then helped to table next to us raise their umbrella. Not sure why we were treated this way.

A beautiful view in the evening, with great cocktails & apps!! Brunch was also amazing. I highly recommend the Cannoli French Toast!! YUM!!

A real upscale experience. Great view. Happy hour small plates creative assortment. Great for a drink, apps or dinner. Great meeting spot.

There were three in our part. We chose to sit on the rooftop patio. It soon proved to be very cold. We requested that a heater be moved to our table. We were told there was only one heater and there was no more propane. (They didn't offer to seat us inside.) My dish of chicken breast shakshuka was very disappointing. The chicken was very hard to cut and clearly overcooked. The polenta was dried and crumbly and tasteless. Nobody asked about the quality of the food. I had seen a poster in the elevator announcing the restaurant now had flatbread on the menu. This was the dish I planned to order. Once in the restaurant, I was told they were out of flatbread. Very unprofessional. Would never return.

Inside is loud. The outside is nice. The food is good, but may not be what many people are use to. Very gourmet. Servers are incompetent, at least the last two times I've been there.

Nice menu and pretty views. Our server was very chatty and informative in the beginning but overall the service was quite slow. We also found the portions to be very small, and the prices were high, finally even though I had specified in advance that it was for a birthday they did not have any candles in the restaurant, the food was tasty but overall the evening was a little disappointing

Overall, it was a good experience. I was hoping for a few things I had set on the menu since they have a small set menu, but about four items were unavailable. Service was great and didn't wait long for the food. The environment was very loud inside, and I also recommended you make a reservation.

The views from the rooftop were amazing. The food was great. Our waiter Jonathan was very conscientious and friendly. He made our our experience very enjoyable.

It is too expensive for what you get in return. The table seats are uncomfortable, and the price of the food entrees is expensive for the small portion of food you receive.

We were seated outside and the weather didn’t want to cooperate. It was chilly and windy but they had propane heaters. When the chill got to be too much, they moved us inside with no issues at all. Kudos to the staff for adjusting quickly and making it a non-issue.

This is a wonderful spot for a special night out in Melbourne. The food was quite good. The service on point, and particularly engaging and friendly in a good way. But the best here is the Al fresco setting and view - on a clear evening we had a beautiful view of the causeway and river while enjoying our food and drink. All around a great experience.

Over priced garden variety food. Catch of the day was under seasoned and tasted like a frozen salmon. The scallops shouldn't be an entree, it's 3 scallops and 2 potatoes cut in half for $44. The waiter did his best but you could tell they were understaffed. The catch of the day featured a side of broccoli that was still raw and 10" long. Mediocre at best, intentionally lazy at worst. Great view and great staff. Would not go back with current menu and pricing.

We left wondering what has happened to this restaurant. Our family & friends have eaten here on several occasions since its opening, but find it has been going downhill lately. For example, I ordered the U-8 Scallops w/Potato & Fennel, Crispy Prosciutto, Meyer Lemon, & Cherry Gastrique for $44.00. Sounds delicious, right? It consisted of 3 small scallops with the prosciutto on top of one, while two other much smaller pieces lie drowning in the "smothering" lemon sauce. They were accompanied by 3 baby potatoes cut in half and not much larger than a thumbprint. THAT'S IT. For $44.00! (I wish I would have taken a photo.) I tried to make my meager meal last longer than a few minutes so we could linger & enjoy social time, but my last scallop had a sketchy taste, obviously bad, & I had to surreptitiously spit it into my napkin. My friend ordered the catch of the day (mahi) served over saffron rice w/broccolini. The rice & fish were average, but the broccolini was all stalks & so hard we laughed when it could not be cut. Even with a steak knife had a hard time sawing through. Needless to say, it remained on the plate. Although the cocktails that passed us looked appealing, we did not partake because we were going to an event. Instead we ordered cokes. How can you screw that up right? But they were totally flat and tasteless. The server apologized and brought us a fresh round, but they were the same as the first. As a substitute we got warm sodas in a can. As for the ambiance? Well you can't beat the views from this restaurant. And even the blaring horns of the new high speed trains couldn't spoil the lovely vista--especially with the full moon rising. That being said, however, once the sun went down it became quite cool. Hotel guests retrieved sweaters & coats, but we were quite chilly. The restaurant has wonderful heat lamps, and a beautiful fire pit which we've enjoyed many times in the past, but they were not turned on. A VERY expensive lesson, & I LEFT HUNGRY :(

The food was excellent! The Mahi Mahi was delicious! I’ve only dined at the Landing Rooftop for brunch. This was my first time there for dinner. Still a quality experience!

We got the peaches and cream pancakes but they didn’t taste like peaches at all. It tasted like an average pancake that was way overpriced. The latte was very good though.

The ancient grain salad is so worthy! Ask for the green homemade hot sauce on the side for any dish you like hot because it makes the food incredible!
