    Fantastic atmosphere and incredible food. The Maitre d' was amazingly welcoming, and set off a wonderful evening with an informative yet humourous approach. Would absolutely return in a heartbeat.

    We had an amazing experience yesterday - our first time - out for dinner for our anniversary! We were greeted by a lovely lady who also wished us happy anniversary - she showed us to our table and got us some water and explained how the food comes out when it’s ready. Our waiter was fantastic, very attentive and knew the menu really well. Food came out in good time and was absolutely delicious! We had the sharing board with loaded tater tots and fries. Our whole experience was exceptional!! Then brought out a plate that said ‘Happy Anniversary’ on it was a lovely surprise and end to our meal.

    Ribs were outstanding as was salad and service. The only thing we all felt could be better was the beef burgers. They were good but not outstanding which we expected in such a great restaurant. Not luxurious enough. My son needed two

    Bit on the expensive side, ramen was nice but the mains where you have to pay an additional £8 for each side because the main course just comes as meat and nothing else is a bit of a con. Serving staff are not overly friendly and seemed to have an attitude about being there. Spent £64 for a ramen, two cokes, pulled pork and two small sides, not overly impressed.

    I have never had such a poor experience in a restaurant. Having visited a few times I chose to return however I will not be. For a restaurant that charges a premium a level of service was expected. The manager on duty forget about us twice after ordering more drinks. The waitress Isabelle was perhaps the rudest person I have ever met in a restaurant setting after requesting the bill she muttered “finally” under breath prior to walking away. She slammed plates and glasses down on the table prior to snatching the empty ones away. Throughout all of this experience couldn’t help but notice her rudeness and attitude was only aimed towards us. I am deeply unhappy about this and do wish to be contacted by a manager to seek a resolution for the atrocious experience we had.
