Everything was ablsokturly perfection veggies tasted like they were cooked over a campfire and the baseball steak was beautiful. If it wasn't so expensive I'd eat there regularly.

Everything was fantastic as usual. However, On a whim I ordered the lobster tails. For the cost, disappointed. Small, watery. I have had lobster years ago during a lobster fest, and I was disappointed then. Maybe just me, but I will stick to the steak.

I have taken my mother to this location a few times and it's always been lovely but this time around, especially considering it was Mother's Day, was above and beyond. Outstanding. The food was unreal, the server was attentive and personable without being intrusive. I had made a special request as it may be the last Mother's Day we have together (She's good, I'm terminally ill) and they actually, again, went above and beyond there as well. I was so touched, I legitimately teared up in the restaurant. Beginning to end, the whole evening was perfect. 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not my usual Keg experience. I normally go to Southside Winnipeg Keg location but couldn’t get a reservation there. 3 of 6 orders were not right. 2 orders had meat not done as requested and 1 was not the right dish at all. We had a booth in the corner of the restaurant but noise level was very high. I’l come back again but not to this location.

No 👎, sorry to say the once GREAT and truly jumbo shrimp appetizer has both shrunken in size/ call it large shrimp. As well as gone up in price .... ya I know // thanks Trudeau and your inflation. Salads were good, he wifes ffilet migon was excellent and cooked to her preference (medium) . On the other hand my New York strip was 1/2 tender and excellent and 1/2 tough and grissley/sad /. Potatoes were excellent 👌 and vegs was very good indeed. Service was very good ... no concerns at all there. Wierd payment glitch apparently if you pay a portion of your bill with a gift card and the remainder with CC you ONLY can tip by % not by a actual $ amount. OK math but wierd. No need for a personal reply by the Restraunt I'm just going to have lobster next time.

Prime rib was excellent. Ribs were good however the teriyaki sirloin and top sirloin steaks were cooked beyond preferred texture. Diners also noted that their twice baked potato was overdone and charred on top. Baked potato was overdone too but the diner in question prefers the skin to be crispy and a little burnt. Server was excellent and looked after all our needs which was why we did not complain about the sirloin steaks being overcooked. This was the first time we ever had a few items overcooked at the St. James location so we'll give them another try in the near future.

We were quite disappointed that the beer taps were broken and were told it was for 3 days and that beer supply in cans was minimal. Portions of the food were burnt. The server was great although when you spend $200 ok a meal you expect variety for beverages and for the food not to be burnt. As mentioned the server was great so not his fault, but the food was a disappointment.

Jason was a fantastic server! The food was excellent - we had steaks. It was the first time we've been out in a long time for a special supper and we were extremely well cared for. (The last time, not so much) So I am very happy to share this experience is what the Keg is known for. Thank you for a wonderful evening. :)

I have been to many restaurants and I would have to say this was the best experience I've ever had. The food to the service was amazing, only thing I would change is having a straw for my drink.

Brittany N was great. The Keg St. James is our favourite Keg location in Winnipeg. Went before the Saturday dinner rush & it was perfect. I recommend this location to everyone. Our server was great start to finish. I appreciate the whole staff at this location! They never disappoint

The food was fantastic!! Both our steaks were made exactly how we like them. The seasoning and Temperature was bang on! But the star of the show was Emily our server! Man can she put a smile on your face after of rough week! She was excellent with recommendations, bringing out our food and just great casual talk! Thanks for a great evening!!

When we arrived we stated we had reservations and then they asked if we wanted to eat in the lounge or dinning room Told them we had reservations for the dining room and they said it could be a 15 minute wait but lounge was available right away Stated again we had reservations. Confusing on their part

The Keg was once again an excellent dining experience. I was disappointed that the the medium rare prime rib was not available and had filet mignon instead which was awesome. The escargot was so good and it never fails to be one of our favourites. A very nice bottle of wine, a riesling, a little sweet but very delicious. BREE.

Food was great as usual, wonderful service too. But it's so busy. When I reserve a table I expect to avoid 20 minutes wait in the restaurant. There was not even enough places to wait at, sitting or standing. It's a little too dark, a little too noisy and got a bit expensive... Still worth it to celebrate an occasion.
