Richmond keg finally got my meat order correct. Not overdone, as the previous times. I feel the bottle of wine we ordered was way out of line with what it actually costs. That was a huge mark up. Overall, it was a good visit with great friends

To have Drew serving us was very enjoyable. The food was done perfectly. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The Keg is very consistent. We always get a very good meal at a reasonable price. I would say better than that but we don't go out that often so unsure of comparables. The steaks are perfectly done, veggies are plentiful, tasty and not over done. We've only tried a few appies but have enjoyed each tme. The service has always been pretty good also. This last occasion wife and I had the crab cakes for appy, very tasty, especially nice crust. I had the 12oz baseball steak, excellent; with lightly cooked asparagus, carrots and mushrooms, also full of flavour, perfectly cooked/steamed? Wife enjoyed the lobster and rice pilaf. The Billy Minor (spelling?) dessert was sooo good!

My only negative comment about this place is it seems at bit pricey, though I guess with the price of food these days... Steaks start around $45, and only come with a potato OR veggies. To have both, tack another $10+ on. Appies or salads are $15-20. If you aren't a meat eater there are limited non-meat dishes. They do have a happy hour menu until 6pm, but it is very limited, and only a couple bucks off the regular price. You do get complimentary bread, and the service is excellent (at least at 6pm).

Place was not cozy, loud music even louder voices. Server was wiping the table beside us wiping the scraps just to the floor beside me while we were eating. Overall experience felt like a pub/bar with fine dining prices.

Our meals were absolutely delicious, and our server Jordan was outstanding! Even though it was a very busy Mother's Day in the restaurant she was always making sure that everything was good and if we needed anything! We are never disappointed when dining at the Keg, and the South Richmond location is our favourite 👍

Food was great but the service was not as good as previous visits. Our server forgot the complimentary bread. They also forgot the kids’ vegetable plates that were part of their meals. Thankfully they were not fans of celery and carrot sticks. Usually the service is excellent but not this time. Restaurant did not seem busier than usual.
