Attended for anniversary celebrations Ordered steak which was cooked perfectly Waiter was pleasant and explained meal choices Also indicating possible delay with orders Then we had the famous Billy miner pie!! Rolled out of there stuffed! Love the keg!!

The server, Mike , was great. Food , mine was ok but two others in my party had a rare steak instead of medium rare and Chilean sea bass was nowhere close to 8oz ( I know the weight is measured pre cooking. ) Also quality of Chilean sea bass was fairly poor ( old not prepared right but my girlfriend didn’t want me to complain). Overall-3/5

Usually, a good experience, Mother's Day at dinner at the Keg Heartland was sub-par. The food took 45 minutes to come and that would have been forgivable if it was good. The steaks were overdone and charred on top (not seared, burnt). As it was so busy and the food had taken so long to come, we just chose to eat it and leave. On top of it we all wanted Diet Pepsi and were informed that they had run out of Diet Pepsi (go figure). For a bill of 180$ + tip for a party of four, it was an underwhelming night. Very disappointed.

we went for Mother’s Day, one our menu was empty just the case! ordered drinks waiter brought us bread, which was frozen in the middle, ordered, my daughter burger was charred, she did not eat it my order was from the new spring menu a Caribbean steak spiced with Jumbo shrimp and pineapple salsa, the steak was bland!!!! maybe had some black pepper and a huge maybe, the shrimp was tossed over flames no seasoning, this salsa was just red onions and pineapples diced nothing else in this dish, the buttery garlic mash was dry bland and lumpy with chunks of red onions, The veggies green beans was over coked and mushrooms was grey as if they went bad soggy on the outside and raw on the inside, my partners dish, prime rib dinner was bland the entire night was ruined the manager apologized and offered to redo our order, and said they had 1200 guest this weekend so apparently consistency is not a thing at the KEG or did they hire a new person on the busiest day of the year? The 2nd order took longer I ended up leaving with my children and not eating, horrible experience for Mother’s Day so disappointed It seems like they prepared everything in advance and warmed it up as needed, especially the sides Lately the KEG heartland and SQaure one has been so Underwhelming , it is not the same experience as it was before...... Managements needs to take a look into these locations

For a special day like Mother’s Day I hoped they’d be better prepared to handle group. Food was cold when arriving, table left cluttered and dirty between entrees, and bill was placed down with dessert.
