The service was amazing, our server was super considerate and checked in on us regularly. However been to a lot of different Kegs and usually the steak is amazing but this visit unfortunately my steak was very chewy and not a flavorful as I remember so it was a lot to spend on just an ok steak.

Once a year we come to the Keg for some kind of occasion. The food, atmosphere and service is outstanding!!! Wish we could afford it more than once a year!!! Thanks Keg for making everything so special!!

Service and atmosphere were okay, nothing exceptional but not bad either. The food was terribly disappointing! Everything was so overly salted and one of our steaks was way overcooked, ordered a medium but got a well-done with an edge that’s burnt to a crisp. How does a *steakhouse* mess up a steak? The garlic mashed potatoes felt dry (and too salty), the asparagus looked pale and sad. The “creamy butter” for the seafood was also really salty on top of the already overly salted food. The lobster was fine. Maybe we just got unlucky with the food but I would not go back again. For the price point, I would without a doubt go to a different restaurant.

My steak was not cooked right twice.So I had to leave without eating any steak.They did comp me a dessert and the meal which I didn't eat.The service was great and the lighting is way too low that you can't even see your food.

Excellent dinner (prime rib and the top sirloin ) I find the customer service at the Maple Ridge location excellent. I have never had bad service here. I wish it weren’t always so noisy as it makes it very difficult to carry on a conversation but I think that is due to the building itself

My sirloin steak was chewy and there was gristle running through it. I should have sent it back. My husband loved the blackened chicken. Veggies were great!

While none of us were “wowed” by our beef, we all did enjoy our meals. The Caesar salad was great, and the sides with the prime rib were all tasty - as was the crème brule dessert. I’m afraid I neglected to get our server’s name but he was excellent - attentive, knowledgeable and personable. Overall, a nice experience.

We were greeted immediately after entering the restaurant and seated earlier than our reservations. Kendra took our drink orders while we waited for the other couple to arrive. Service was impeccable! Our meals came out quickly, hot, fresh and accurate. We did not feel rushed at all and spent a lovely evening. Husband was given a free piece of Billy Miner pie which was big enough for the four of us for his birthday. All in all, a great experience.
