For some reason it took longer for us to get our food. This was tough because people whom arrived after we did were eating. Was hard cause we were very hungry. However our server, made it up to us and was very patient. I do really appreciate this and that is why this is our favorite of the Keg locations. food was awesome... thanks... Stan...

The portion for the blacken chicken was horrible. It was like eating a pigeon. Come on the price is the Same so why is the quality down. Won’t go back to the Keg. We were regulars but not anymore

We received dirty side plates 3 times, the food was extremely slow to come out and wasn’t great. The portion for the vegetarian shepherds pie was way too small for what they charged and it was loaded with black pepper to the point it was barely edible. We used to love the Keg but it just keeps getting worse. We won’t be going back.

The service was excellent and very attentive. We had an excellent table. Food was well done and the presentation was very nice. All 4 of us had Avery enjoyable evening thanks to your team. I would recommend your location to any one I know. Thank You!!

Not honouring “Happy Hour” in the dining room for 2 hours is cheap ! Service slow,drinks awful,reduced menu,steak was good but not the restaurant we all used to know and love.

Was not a great visit. Took my mom for Mother’s Day. Caesar drinks were mixed up had to be remade and were warm with no ice, had to ask 2x for more ice. Appetizer came before bread. Had to ask 2x for bread. Wedge Salad came made wrong (was ranch but came with blue cheese and the lettuce was brown and they forgot the tomatoes) had to wait for it to be remade. The food came at same time as salad. The meat was overly charred on the outside so it didn’t give a good taste and the mashed potatoes had huge lumps and chunks in it. Had to ask for a to go box 2x and the bill 2x. Took 15 minutes to actually get a box and the bill. I would not have tipped or tipped smaller but the server punched in the amounts as percents and I didn’t see the option to choose my own and then he stood there watching me so it was awkward to not tip a high amount even though I didn’t feel the service or food was worth tipping for. Disappointing when usually the keg is good but lately it’s been hit or miss.

Our server was really beautiful and very helpful. She had to deal with 2 very intoxicated customers who came in right before closing. She handled it with tact using more patience than I could have ever done. Both her and the manager apologized but it was required in our eyes. Great job around, btw, and the food was incredible

Megan was fantastic. Very polite friendly professional and was very accommodating to our needs. Manager (at least I assume it was the manager) came over and spoke with us as well and made us feel very welcome. Food was fabulous and steaks cooked to perfection. Thank you for making our visit a memorable one

I know you don’t go to the keg for beer but they really need to improve the options. As always our filets were great. If you don’t like steak the menu is very limited as always.
