Our meals were not worth what we paid. The mashed potatoes tasted very off, and had definitely sat under the heat lamp for far too long. My partners steak was way under cooked, sent it back and was still not good but by that time everything else was cold.

It's maybe closer to 4.5 stars than 5, but overall it's a great restaurant. Come here with my wife all the time. Their filet and lobster tail is awesome. Great selection of wines and decent amount of beer on tap, though not much import unfortunately. Service is generally pretty good - some misses but they're the exception, and wait staff is always accommodating.

We had been there one week prior for a family birthday celebration and everything was so superb we decided to go again for another family birthday celebration. Alas in the second visit everything was totally different. Two steaks had to be returned due to being undercooked. Children in the booth adjacent were loud and not under control. As a parent I have always been considerate of other patrons and it was never an option to take my children until they were well behaved and knew I would be proud of them.

For some reason it took longer for us to get our food. This was tough because people whom arrived after we did were eating. Was hard cause we were very hungry. However our server, made it up to us and was very patient. I do really appreciate this and that is why this is our favorite of the Keg locations. food was awesome... thanks... Stan...

The portion for the blacken chicken was horrible. It was like eating a pigeon. Come on the price is the Same so why is the quality down. Won’t go back to the Keg. We were regulars but not anymore

We received dirty side plates 3 times, the food was extremely slow to come out and wasn’t great. The portion for the vegetarian shepherds pie was way too small for what they charged and it was loaded with black pepper to the point it was barely edible. We used to love the Keg but it just keeps getting worse. We won’t be going back.

Not honouring “Happy Hour” in the dining room for 2 hours is cheap ! Service slow,drinks awful,reduced menu,steak was good but not the restaurant we all used to know and love.

Was not a great visit. Took my mom for Mother’s Day. Caesar drinks were mixed up had to be remade and were warm with no ice, had to ask 2x for more ice. Appetizer came before bread. Had to ask 2x for bread. Wedge Salad came made wrong (was ranch but came with blue cheese and the lettuce was brown and they forgot the tomatoes) had to wait for it to be remade. The food came at same time as salad. The meat was overly charred on the outside so it didn’t give a good taste and the mashed potatoes had huge lumps and chunks in it. Had to ask for a to go box 2x and the bill 2x. Took 15 minutes to actually get a box and the bill. I would not have tipped or tipped smaller but the server punched in the amounts as percents and I didn’t see the option to choose my own and then he stood there watching me so it was awkward to not tip a high amount even though I didn’t feel the service or food was worth tipping for. Disappointing when usually the keg is good but lately it’s been hit or miss.

Our server was really beautiful and very helpful. She had to deal with 2 very intoxicated customers who came in right before closing. She handled it with tact using more patience than I could have ever done. Both her and the manager apologized but it was required in our eyes. Great job around, btw, and the food was incredible

Megan was fantastic. Very polite friendly professional and was very accommodating to our needs. Manager (at least I assume it was the manager) came over and spoke with us as well and made us feel very welcome. Food was fabulous and steaks cooked to perfection. Thank you for making our visit a memorable one

I know you don’t go to the keg for beer but they really need to improve the options. As always our filets were great. If you don’t like steak the menu is very limited as always.

We had a great dinner - steaks were perfect! And our server, Dylan(MC) was fantastic! He was attentive without being intrusive and he was super friendly. He went above and beyond with his service to us and it was so appreciated! Although we don’t live in the area, the Keg Langley will be our go to from now on! And we will ask to be seated in Dylan’s section whenever possible, as he was awesome!

Server, Jen, was amazing💯 The food overall was fine, mashed potatoes, were horrible, way too thin. Brussels sprouts were undercooked, I realize this is subjective. I found the Serving size of salmon was quite small for the $$$

Food was perfectly prepared, staff were all very friendly and helpful, the decor and furnishings were all tasteful and comfortable and washrooms were all clean and comfortable. It was a full five-star perfect! :))

For the first time ever, I was disappointed in the quality of my meal. The calamari was overcooked, the steak was thin and not its usually quality (I don't even think it measured 6oz) and the rice was cold and under-cooked. The ambience was nice though and our server was friendly.

We were absolutely cramped at the table with no leg room. At first we were seated at a booth table with sufficient room only to be moved a short time later to the cramped table. The two men in our party were very uncomfortable and had to stick their legs out the side into the aisle and my friend really struggled as well with us getting tangled up. Not happy

Our server, Brett, was outstanding. But, the price point of everything was just way too much. We don't think there is value for your dollar, dining at the Keg. We won't be back I'm afraid.

Excellent food and service! Bread, drinks, appetizers, and main courses were served fast and hot; it all tasted delicious, and requests were followed. Offered a free dessert for our anniversary but we declined due to being so full from dinner!

This one in particular was not good overall.. we were at the one on the island the week before and been to the Burnaby and South Surrey one and they were amazing. This one was very low quality.. the appetizer plates were dirty (they were changed and the waiter didnt even apologize or say anything about it) and the food plates were dirty on the sides and sticky on the bottom (we didnt bother to bring it up). Other than that food was okay, but better at other locations. My steak was mostly fat where the ones we've been too was amazing.

Well I feel bad writing this since maybe it was just a off night for the chef My prime rib was really good but my guest had ordered at teriyaki sirloin Medium rare and came out blue rare, or should I say raw on the middle. So we sent it back, and second attempt it came out somehow charcoal on the outside yet still raw in the middle it's unbelievable the level of incompetence I'm not sure that chef could cook an EGGO PROPERLY so the third attempt came back again with a new steak raw in the middle my guest wound up taking it home to cook it which is sad I feel really bad for my guest and yeah I apologize previously but Nonetheless says very embarrassing yes I'm qualified s. Meat cutter to the fact it was definitely raw.

Our 10 year Anniversary dinner at the Keg was fantastic! The food was perfection, especially their new mushroom gruyere dip. That was one of the best things I’ve ever had. Prime rib and New York strip were amazing as always. Our server was very friendly and quick to refill water, get us more bread. We very much enjoyed ourselves. Plus the complimentary dessert for celebrations was much appreciated and delicious!

Our server, Connor was friendly. Our reservation was for 730 and they were already out of prime rib which is the reason we went. Our steaks were good, the vegetables were raw and barely warm.

Our table was ready on time. Our server was friendly and helpful. Our table was in a very quiet area. Unfortunately only one of the four of us was satisfied! One meal as sent back with the meat overdone. Two diners were unhappy with the side dishes.
