Service was good, food was ok. Had the snow crab legs which felt over cooked, butter was cold. Definitely not worth the price you pay for it. The Keg seems to be a disappointment everytime I go there. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

My wife and I had a lovely time. The staff were all wonderful. I provide the following feedback only as an opportinity for improvement: - vegetables served were burnt beyond an acceptable char. - the doneness of our steaks was swapped While not a big deal, a dinner at the keg will run $100-$200. At such a price the food must be meticulously prepaired.

We’re white Zinfandel winos! As it wasn’t available we ordered another white Longshot i believe it was called, it was not at all like our fav Zinfandel! Of course we ordered a bottle but left it😢

Everything on both of our plates were overcooked inside end out. 1 person ordered medium rare. The other person ordered medium well and both were extremely well done outside of them were black. Both the baked potato and the steaks. Our server was a Latino.Gentleman, who was very friendly, could hardly hear anything.He said though he spoke so softly. And things took a long time to come out. We don't like making a scene or complaining about our food.We wouldn't even have left a review.Except you guys sent us this we will just not go back. $260 So overpriced for what we got and for the poor quality of the cooking

It was my birthday celebration and everything was wonderful except the prime rib. The cut available was medium rare which was more rare - blue. When they ask what you would like they should present what you asked for. The creme brule dessert was the creme de la creme!

Unfortunately some of our meals were not up to par. The escargot mushrooms were so small, 1/4 of the size of the snails. The escargot and the stuffed mushrooms were so greasy you could hardly eat them. The entrees were good except for the ribs. The ribs were completely over cooked to the point of dried out and crusty. Did not eat the ribs.. took them home for the dog. The service was great as usual. Thinking the chef had an off night!

Didn't love the table in the main hallway however Tyler was fantastic as our server. Our food was a late coming out due to a large table in the kitchen, we appreciated Tyler touching base with us on how long it was taking. Overall 5 stars for service and food.

My fiancée and I were out celebrating our anniversary, I had put that in our reservation, we were put at a table in the open instead of a booth that was empty, and then a family with 2 young kids were seated at the table next to us. I wasn’t impressed as it completed ruined the evening as we had to deal with the noise of 2 kids when we wanted to have a romantic night out. The table was also underneath a vent which was unpleasant when our food came and my lobster ended up getting cold almost as soon and it was placed on table. My fiancée was also uncomfortable with where he was seated as he was right in the aisle and he was being passed by the waiter and various customers. This was our second year celebrating our anniversary at the Keg and this year was so disappointing.
