Waiter was good. 50 dollar prime rib was horrible. 52 dollar lobster tails had no flavor. Overall bad experience for the $$

Initially we were happy although we ordered off their limited time menu for wine that they apparently ran out of. We were okay with that although really not acceptable for an established restaurant to run out of a wine and continue to have it on the menu. I feel they should have offered the same price for another option but that wasn’t offered. When we received the bill, we were charged for the wine they ran out of and then the wine we did receive. My dad only noticed that the bill was a lot. I requested to see the bill which he was reluctant to show me. This is where I saw the charge. He would have paid it without knowing. He also thought his meal came with a salad etc and it wasn’t clear that this was an extra charge. I am disappointed. Our server did appear slammed which is no fault of her own and probably why this mistake was made but at the end of the day the costumer was the most impacted. This morning my dad was like “did they do that on purpose?”… Not impressed

The Keg is my favourite steakhouse in Abbotsford. Wonderful atmosphere, but not too loud. Excellent food, but not too expensive with very friendly and prompt service. The menu is great with something for everyone.

food was very good but to much for seniors or even our near seniors. Would be nice if they had a seniors menu choice. Prices have gone up drastically since our last visit. We understand about supply chain and inflation BUT

The music was far too loud for us, and spoiled our dining experience. Why not have it at a more moderate level? Realize the younger diners probably want and enjoy it so super loud, so probably you are catering to them, as they may be most of your customers. We are in our 80s and would rather have background music.

Food was good service was ok but took a dive at the end when server asked do we want our change back from the money we gave her for our food. I found that to be very unprofessional on her part & I wish they would just not presume that any change would be their tip Be better servers.

Food was great as always, service was poor. Server made multiple mistake and never once apologized. 20 minute wait once seated to get a beverage.
