The Ivy Tower Bridge is an all-day British brasserie with an all-encompassing menu serving modern British and international Ivy-inspired classics from dawn until dusk, seven days a week. With its riverside location and views of the iconic Tower Bridge and Tower of London, The Ivy Tower Bridge is the perfect location for guests to enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and cocktails. The restaurant also features an outdoor terrace, a bar and a private dining room on the first floor, offering tranquil relaxed yet sophisticated dining with beautiful views across the river.

With interiors designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, the two-floors restaurant offers guests the choice of dining within the restaurant, enjoying the view from floor to ceiling glass windows, or outside on the Parisian-style al fresco terrace seating 50 and overlooking the River Thames.

visiting london for the weekend and booked a table as i heard it was top tier dining. realised very quickly it was faux posh. felt more like an experience for people visiting. wont be visiting again. food was not great either. i felt embarrassed as i hyped it up to my girlfriend. one waitress kept rolling her eyes as she turned away from the customers aswell. had the bill been %30 cheaper i would be more lenient. nothing about it was remarkable food was good but for the price it should have been great i can honestly cook better at home. the steak should come with some sides as standard no seasoning on the steak either.

Great location near Tower Bridge - ideal for meeting up with friends - and we enjoyed the outside seating. Staff were very welcoming and attentive - good menu options and all the chosen food was excellent. Thanks for a memorable experience.

Love Ivy restaurants however our experience last night was rather spoilt by the very noisy ladies on the table next to us! We had been trying to celebrate a special occasion! Disappointed staff did not ask them to quieten down, ended up having to ask them myself! They seemed totally unaware there were other diners trying to enjoy their evening!

Thank you for an enjoyable experience. The Tower Bridge team are enthusiastic and helpful. Especially Valdarr who looked after my friends and I on Thursday. He was very attentive and served us with a smile.

We ordered wine as soon as we sat down, it arrived when we were nearly finishing our food. Burger was burned and they forgot the fries. Only good thing about this place is the interior and the views. Service used to be amazing but now its terrible. This is the third time we are experiencing this, won’t be going to this branch again.

Me & my partner had an amazing lunch, we picked from the set menu food was gorgeous, Waiters were very friendly told my partner about the cocktails he went with the old fashioned- couldn’t have fault them- I think he’s name was Nelson although I’m not sure- once paid the bill my partner was given a cake as they realised it was he’s 30th Thanks again for everything

Lovely place to eat and so close by local stations. It overlooks a beautiful scenery. What struck me the most was the waiter we had serve us. She was so lovely and fully of wonderful personality and great recommendations. It was nice to be able to eat at such a nice spot, and yet feel so welcomed and kindly treated by the staff. Especially after what seemed like a full day of working, definitely thank her if anyone can!

On arrival we were greeted politely and shown to our table, within our time we were served by 3 different servers. We weren’t offered anymore drinks when we had finished and we had to get someone else attention to ask for a dessert menu after being sat at our table for 2 hours. Overall we didn’t feel rushed but we would have liked more drinks and more attention on our table service.

The food was great, the place was nice and clean. The waiters that were assigned to us was really nice. What we were disappointed by were the two girls at the front by the reception who came across quite rude and condescending. They didn't make us feel welcome or nice. Especially the lighter hair one. I smiled at them and they just either ignored my smile and smiled at each other or just looked away. And when interacting with them whilst getting our things, they just treated us quite condescendingly. Felt like being back in school or something, quite immature. This is a hospitality industry, customer service is important and being nice to people is just a nice thing to do. So being rude is just unnecessary. Grow up.

We were celebrating a special birthday and I had been to this restaurant a few weeks before. We were welcomed back by Nizer who treated us like valued guests and we were made to feel like royalty. We had a wonderful table at the front of the restaurant with a view of tower bridge. He really made the evening feel extremely special. The food was delicious. My cheese soufflé was light and airy…quite remarkable. We all had different starters, mains and desserts and each one was memorable. Vio was our waiter and was very attentive to us. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to mark this special occasion. The staff here made the evening for us. The food is so good and the location by tower bridge is excellent. I can’t wait to come back and visit again. Thank you to Nizer for making it such a memorable evening.

No sooner had we sat down, we were asked if we were ready to order. Main courses arrived before we finished our starters. Two of our dishes were cold and sent back. Will not be returning to this particular Ivy

The service was perfection from the drinks to the final bite. Our waiter was attentive to our needs without being overbearing. The food was perfect from the look to the taste. Portions were the right size. The decor and feel was a place I will return to often. A great value also for your dollar/pound

The food was delicious. Service was good. What lost the star was service was included but then when I came to pay by card the option came up to tip. I feel this was misleading. I am a keen tipper but checked that the bill included a tip. Being asked twice I feel was taking advantage after a lovely night.

Decided to choose this restaurant for my 60th birthday dinner after rave reviews from family about the Windsor restaurant, knew we had made a mistake as soon as we walked in ,two girls drapped over counter no smile or greeting just expected us to follow, the tables were very close together and dress code seemed to be much more relaxed than we expected, my chicken satay could have come from mum's gone to Iceland! Same micro herbs on every course even my pudding, however our server was lovely, all in all birthday ruined

The Ivy Tower Bridge, 6pm table. Very disappointed to be honest. With overall poor ambience of restaurant (stuck upstairs in a private area rather than main restaurant), slow inattentive service, average food, as well as the waiter forgetting my reward points. Doubt we will be back.

Worst experience ever. I book table for 5 with extra space if possible because of baby buggy and because of special association. I add all my request on booking, went 3 days before myself to make sure that they can help out. They promise. On the day arrival been given smallest table in middle of walking way. Start lieing they was trying to contact 5 days before, than I told I was myself here 3 days before and I can show person which I spoke with, suddenly change story that here is busy so only this they can provide and so on. Not allowed even few balloons to bring in. Dispite that some orders never been bring up to table but been charge in check. Not recommended if you want special lunch there because they not helpful at all and creating stories not to take responsibility of booking.

We were seated by the window on the first floor - great view of Tower Bridge and the city skyline. Food was good as always and service prompt as usual. Will definitely book at this location again.

Despite it being not very busy and I had indicated when booking it was a birthday we were given a not great table near the entrance “ Greeting” staffwere monosyllabic. Bread we ordered with olives didnt appear, but food came more quickly than anticipated. Despite this it was cold. There were many staff but we couldn’t getattention quite when we wanted it. Generally, unsatisfactory, there was a veneer of manners but staff didn’t give a “fig”

Had delicious lunch and waiting staff were excellent. However we found the staff on the front desk, both on arrival and when leaving, to be rather unfriendly and a little “above themselves”. It felt as if we were a nuisance and they were doing us a favour putting our coats in and collecting them. A friendly smile and word goes a long way.
