I took a group of friends for my 50th Birthday. We had such a lovely evening. Beautiful food, great service and a fab atmosphere.

Fabulous evening with family celebrating my birthday and farewell to my son for his gap year travels. Great service including a surprise cake and candle 🕯️ which was lovely. Delicious food too. Thank 👍🏻

The staff were excellent. The initial lady who booked us in was really helpful. Our main server was excellent - really friendly, helpful and timely. The other people who served us were all great too. The first course was good though I suggest making the souffle hotter. My main which was the grilled halloumi was tasty. Again, I'd suggest grilling the halloumi more and my chips could of been hotter. The desert was really tasty and I enjoyed my non-alcoholic cocktail.

The IVY Brasserie never disappoints. Great food and immaculate service. The set lunch menu is very good value for money and the ambience is always pleasant.

Been to the Ivy Soho a good few times before, but they really outdid themselves this time, excellent food and service, made our anniversary very special

The experience was good, and the service was excellent. However, one of the dishes had undercooked chicken that was very pink and bloody.

We sat at the bar because that's what was available. Although there were many people working we felt a little ignored. It was a fun place, very loud, good crowd. The food was very good. We enjoyed it!

All lovely but lady waitress served cold cappuccino and we asked for sugar twice but it never came but when asked to remove from the bill it was done no problem so we were satisfied with that. Otherwise a lovely experience ! X

Food was excellent. And the atmosphere was beautiful. Service was less than ideal. Kept having to find our waitress for more drinks, water and the bill. But would definitely come back.

Found a hair in one of our mains. Staff apologised and took it off the bill. Had to ask for my drink twice and was delivered the wrong drink. Not the best of my experiences at one of The Ivy’s restaurants. Not sure I would recommend.

Was ok this time, usually it's very good place to take clients. We seemed to be forgotten about (maybe due to a shift change) which by the end it was awkward having to keep asking for things.

I eat at an Ivy (Asia, Soho, Victoria, Chelsea Garden, City) every other month. The food is consistent and the decor is so fun. The service this time was shocking. Our waiter gave the impression that he couldn't have cared less about what we needed. I had to ask for more water at least four times through the meal, he never asked if my guest wanted another glass of wine, I had to ask for the dessert menu, and he came out with a flaming pan of something for the apple tarte well after after he put it on the table and we had eaten a quarter of it. Probably should have come out together? Probably won't go back.

we enjoyed our breakfast at the Ivy, very good value for money and the food was very nice. We went at a quiet time so was not too noisy to catch up with my friend who was visiting from Denmark. Would recommend.

Second time visiting this restaurant. Dined early with a work colleague, not quite as busy as later in the evening so we were able to have a great catch up without feeling rushed. Fantastic atmosphere and lovely food.

Expected level of service and quality from an Ivy. The staff were helpful and attentive despite being busy. And made an effort for my friends birthday. The food wasn’t super hot but was delicious. My only criticism is we waited for drinks which came after our food

Delicious food! Really good vfm on the pre-theatre menu. Staff efficient and friendly. Sat at a lovely table… on a sofa! Could’ve stayed there all night!!!

Usual high quality food and service at this sensibly priced iconic venue Never feels like a chain either in any of the various locations As ever SoHo remains one of the livelier ones and never fails to deliver for social or business meals

I love the decor and ambience, and really value being treated like a VIP everytime I visit an Ivy Brasserie. The staff are always very helpful and efficient. No issues with anything, our table of 8 got exactly what they ordered, and we all enjoyed it very much. Excellent value for money - such a premium experience for a reasonable price. On this visit, we were so relieved to have our table held for a further 10 minutes due to a mix up on our side with timings. Will be back soon!

We had the £19.17 menu and all the food was such great quality and delicious. Our waitress Martina was exceptional, keeping our glasses topped up and was really fun and attentive.

Lovely atmosphere and very friendly helpful staff. Food was nice but nothing special - my steak was a bit tough. Nice and handy for pre theatre dinner. Enjoyed it but not blown away

If the food was good (although a little expensive) the service was not up to par and the room was very noisy, it was even difficult to hold a conversation. Small disappointment.

Lovely restaurant. Went for a friends birthday. Wonderful service, very attentive without being overbaring. Food very well cooked, nice and tradition menu. Our waitress picked up that it was my friends birthday, so at the end of the meal came up with a lovely chocolate pastery with happy birthday written at the front and a candle. We didn’t want alot of fuss so hadn’t mentioned the birthday on booking, however, the cake was a small but lovely touch to the end of the meal. Perfect for the occassion. Would deffintely come again.
