    Terribly slow service, some of us didn't get our sides until we'd half eaten our mains. So slow that we didn't end up ordering the dessert we wanted

    All was generally good and the food and ambiance fine the one most very disappointing aspect was the seating. Around the front was fixed seating and the host girl said on entry we had been saved a special table. What a joke and a lie that was. Our table like one other corner table meant that you were facing a whole row of diners. The table I was facing around 3’-0 in front of me kept turning towards me as I had no option but to look at them or the ceiling. Same was for my wife looking down the other stretch of tables. This could easily be sorted. Couldn’t wait to finish up and get out so we dodged dessert and coffee. Sorry but won’t be revisiting again.

    My recent visit to The Ivy Soho Brasserie was truly exceptional, particularly as it was a special occasion celebrating my Nan’s 77th birthday. From the moment we arrived, the staff's attentiveness stood out; they greeted us warmly and ensured we were comfortable throughout our meal. The elegant ambiance of the brasserie added to the celebratory mood, making my Nan feel cherished and celebrated. The quality of the food was outstanding, with each dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The staff went above and beyond, even bringing out a beautifully presented dessert which delighted her. The combination of impeccable service, exceptional cuisine, and overall value for money made this birthday unforgettable, and we left with wonderful memories.

    Been to better Ivy’s in terms of layout and ambience. General customer service ok, felt rushed and pushed. Felt tables for 2 people a bit pushed in between bigger parties and hence lose the occasion and ambience.

    The staff were so unbelievably welcoming and accommodating. We came with our loud baby and everyone was so nice and interactive, as well as helpful. The DJ was also good! Really pleased we came; the whole table complimented the food.
