Always love it here . They have a wonderful membership system with offers and money back. The food is very very good and you know what you’re getting and I feel that it is moderate priced and not unreasonable at all. The ambience is always amazing and the service is excellent.

Booked for pre theatre. Was a bit alarmed to see a lot of bad reviews about the service, and hoped for the best. Shouldn’t have worried, it was fabulous. We were seen to attentively and in a timely manner. Roxana who was running our section was the perfect host and the whole experience including the food was excellent. This is a bustling busy restaurant but while we were there they had got it just right.

The food was really good, but the service was appalling. After arrival we were left for 20mins and had to ask for service before the drinks order was taken. The food came before the drinks and we had to ask for the wine bottle to be left on the table as our glasses were not being topped up.

Very nice food and wine - I particularly enjoyed the steak Tartar. My wife's souffle was a bit cold, but they knocked the cost off the bill after we had informed them. Decent choice of dishes, but not exceptional. Table was a bit small and we struggled a bit to get everything on it. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Our table was at the back of the restaurant and we felt a little 'out of it', so atmosphere not great - try and site in the main body of the restaurant.

Really good service.. very pleasant manner and compliments the establishment. Delicious menu and not too much. Just perfect 👏👏👏

Their set menu of around £24 for three courses is one of the best deals in London. We tried 6 of the 10 options and each was delicious

I am a regular visitor to The Ivy Market Grill in Covent Garden, but this was my daughter and mine first visit to the Soho Brasserie, and we were not disappointed. The décor and ambiance were really great, not forgetting the level of service. Roxana was an excellent host and with the just right amount of attention without being intrusive. The food, as always at The Ivy, was excellent. I must also thank Roxana for introducing me to The Ivy Rewards App, which I was not aware of till sure prompted me to make sure I downloaded it, which I have done. We will be back!!

My first visit to the Soho Brasserie the staff were amazing , food was excellent loved the restaurant will definitely be returning to this Ivy.

Another lovely meal at the ivy soho brasserie, both the food and service was fantastic! we will definitely come back again.
