Mediocre experience at the Ivy. The fishcake was dry, the crème brûlée was runny with grainy sugar on the top not caramelised properly. Lobster linguine didn’t have flavour just an excessive chillie hit which killed the palate. Service was good and quick. It all felt a bit rushed and sub standard.

Overall a very nice experience and food was great. Table for two are a little crammed and chair I sat was worn at both arms. Waiter was very good and charming.

Had to to ask to be served any drinks … wine glass had lipstick on it … wrong dessert delivered & then taken away for another customer ~ shocking

Lovely place with friendly staff and good food, but the breakfast bacon was too dry. Otherwise, everything was good and delicious!

Birthday meal from friends. We have been here before & loved it then & still do. My husband had the said to start & Fish & chips for main. I had the sticky duck salad, followed by the sea bass, all were very delicious

As residents of Canary Wharf we have used the Ivy in the Park regularly, and indeed had my own large birthday party last November : however yesterday we had the following complaints on the occasion of my wife's birthday: 1. The waiter did not open the bottle of the Ivy Champagne (£70) properly, and a quantity was spilt; 2. My stepdaughter ordered the Hamburger without the egg, It came with the egg, and was hard and dried, as if it it had come from a poor quality cash and carry. She should have complained there and then, but did not want to make a fuss in front of the other guests at the birthday celebration. It was therefore paid for in full. 3. While I acknowledge that yesterday was a bank holiday, it seemed that our waiter had too many tables to attend to: this was not his fault but that of the management. 4. It was not possible to use the Ivy's App in the restaurant when connected to the Guest network! 5. The opportunity to recommend The Ivy in the Park or not (Yes or No) is too limited.

The food was great, restaurant is beautiful. The only thing that ruined my experience was when we asked for a different table because we didn’t want to be next to where they bang the plates. The manager responded really loudly, embarrassing us. We had to just accept his reason just to make him go away and then quietly ask a different member staff to seat us at a suitable table “without drama”.

The Ivey in the park is a lovely venue with a great bar and the staff and waiters all very good , however the food did not live up to expectations, my Fish and Chips was all Frozen produce and my wife’s Sunday roast also had frozen potatoes and vegetables. I would not expect this at the prices being charged , all in all not a terrible experience but would expect better from the Ivy . S Mitchell

Went on Sunday for breakfast, ordered full English, and apple tart for dessert. Team very nice, friendly and service extremely fast. The food was delicious and so was the atmosphere as it was a sunny morning. Definitely recommend it ! I will go back. Well done Ivy!

Lovely relaxed evening at the Ivy Canary Warf, so nice to sit outside in the garden area. Our server Grace was fantastic - the perfect balance of professionally attentive and friendly. All of the food was excellent, particularly enjoyed the scallops, and the frozen berries dessert. Will definitely visit again.

Did say that it was a celebration, was handed a cake and was told this is for your celebration was not asked what I was celebrating. I was out with my husband and it was my birthday and our wedding anniversary on the same day.

Food was absolutely outstanding, all dishes were lovely. Only criticism was the Scallops on starter, thry tasted beautiful however the smell from the seaweed base wasn't pleasant and spoilt the dish. The service on other hand was awful, Head waiter was out on balcony on his phone and looking up road. No one really checked on us, we would have had more drinks but no one really around. Such a shame when you are adding 13% service charge that the service wasn't good. Food was excellent 👌

Food was lovely, as always! Service was extremely disappointing. Have already working for the company makes me really sad to see the levels of service we experienced. The managers on the floor were constantly talking between themselves, not paying attention to the service. The commis some of them smelled of sweat! Not very nice if you trying to have a meal. Beyond all of this was the interaction on the table. Extremely poor, slamming plates on the table and when asking for service was almost like the managers were doing us a favour! Extremely disappointing.

Angelin was our waiter and was utterly fantastic for us, he was attentive and friendly and respectful. The food was outstanding and a delight we had Steak tartare and Salmon as starters and they were outstanding in quality and taste. Our mains were Shepherds pie and Chicken Milanese and this was utterly a delight for the palate.

We had a work lunch with 10 members on a Friday. A nice area is provided. After ordering the main for each individuals, the waiter kindly helped to organise a few starters and sides to share. After all, we had a full table with colourful and delicious food. And we spend just 2 hours to finish everything. The food was served fairly quick. The shepherd's pie was great and changed our stereotype about traditional British food. Overall, a lovely experience at Ivy.

Unhappy service, awful table in a corridor by the service table, breakfast missing sausage etc., cold, weak flat white coffee. Nothing like the Ivy Bath or Ivy Victoria which are far better

Fantastic service & staff. Food was tasty although feel a side should be included in your meal I ordered steak & was just steak on a plate with a sprig of watercress! Ambience in the restaurant was good & buzzy. Service was quick and friendly.

1 diner had the roast dinner. Waiter accommodated alternative choice of vegetables and extra gravy. Both diners had the flambé Apple Tatin with ice cream - highly recommended

We enjoyed dinner with friends. Three of us had the sea bass with a prawn sauce and mash. The dish was very enjoyable but could have been hotter. We don’t enjoy just warm food. And our other friend had chicken milanese, which was delicious. Our waiter took note and passed our feedback on. We do enjoy The Ivy, as comfortable ambience, great service and tasty food.

My friend and I had a pre-concert dinner. It was his first time dining at The Ivy (anywhere) and it didn't disappoint. Lovely service, great cocktails and a super meal in the characteristic Ivy setting. A very memorable experience.

We've been to the Ivy group on many occasions and always had a lovely time. This was our first time at Canary Wharf. Whilst it was superb inside, ambience, food etc., our waiter was fairly rude. Celebrating tables all around us and forgetting our special occasion, and then getting the occasion incorrect. Appearing burdened when we asked for more drinks, and then bringing us the wrong drinks, whilst serving everyone around us always first, eventhough we had prebooked in plenty of advance and had arrived on time. This wont stop us visiting The Ivy however i would not return to this location purely so that we didnt have to encounter this waiter again. He treated us on a lower different level to everyone around and made us feel like we didnt belong there, when we were dressed appropriately and tipping generously. I felt awkward as i was treating my parents to a special anniversary dinner and it felt like we were ushered to leave quickly. Disappointing visit, especially compared to the high standards of which we are use to at the Ivy group locations.

Food was rather bland. I mean really bland. Eggs were way over done and bacon under done. Waited an eternity for the bill. Think our server got sacked mid meal as saw him go out the door and never saw him again. Replacement server seemed like they were put off having to retrieve the bill. Probably would not do again and cannot recommend.

Ordered my usual dishes food was great. Service was very hit and miss and seated in cold drafty table. Took 3 attempts to get drinks correct at beginning of the meal. Sat with empty glasses and empty plates on table for long periods. Only offered post gin and tonic drinks ie I asked for the wine list just before the main course arrived so half way through when we got the wine. Sat with plates empty on table again for a long period. We declined dessert as we were out of time.
