Was good but (1) we didn’t get seated at a high top as requested (which was fine) and (2) is mentioned we were celebrating a birthday on the reservation and no one asked about that either. Food was good and service was good but if you are going to ask questions like this please take time to read them.

We all had different pastas. Mushroom, clam, carbonara, chicken, seafood. Amazing flavours. Perfectly cooked. El dente to perfection. A salad for the table, we were all set.

Our server was fantastic. He made the night. We were a bit underwhelmed with the butternut squash risotto and the eggplant pasta dish. They were not very flavourful.

I went to this restaurant for the first time with my son and we were both disappointed as the pasta we ordered had no taste, no seasoning and the price was way to high for poor kind of food. Our server was kind and made our experience a bit nice. We need these kind of beautiful soul people. But please also do add some seasonings. Thanks

We had a wonderful evening, but what made it extra amazing was our server, Desiree. She went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. Everything tasted so fresh! I would highly recommend this place.

Food was mediocre for the price. Server was more concerned about the hockey game than serving us. $70 for 2 drinks and some pasta and was not worth it.

Service was excellent. Our server was so nice and she always checked us if everything is okay. It was my husband’s bday and they gave him a free birthday cookie with ice cream on top

We were blessed to have 2 extra people join our group and called 2 hours prior to adjust the reservation. I felt like we were incredibly inconveniencing them by our request. When we arrived we were seated at a small hi top table. The menus are larger than the table to give reference. We were squeezed into a table for 6. To make matters worse there was a couple that were seated at a setting for 8. When we asked to move, they denied that request so we were forced to leave. I've never seen such lack of empathy or service. We were there to celebrate and instead were made to feel like an inconvenience. As a member of the JRG loyalty program, I was quite saddened.

Our server was wonderful, she was attentive and just so sweet 🥰 Food was okay for the price. The cheese board we ordered was great however the crustini is a bit stale or just didn’t go too well with the cheeses. It was also odd to have a stem of rosemary sewn through the crustini? Confusing, because we had a soft cheese that was spreadable so it defeated the purpose of having a neutral vessel to try our cheeses on? Haha The lasagna I had ordered could be better, (lacking some sort of outstanding flavor) but overall I still enjoyed it. It was a good time and our server’s presence just boosted everything.

I am quite surprised that such a great Italian restaurant doesn’t have a cappuccino machine! It would have made a nice end to the great meal.

Our waitress was excellent, she gave great recommendations. We ate the Beehive pizza which was delicious, chicken alfredo, Nutella cannolis (not too sweet) and the red sangria. We would definitely go back when in the area.

My friends and I celebrated my birthday at Italian Osteria in Langley on April 17th at 6:30 PM, and it was simply fantastic! From the impeccable service to the delectable food, every moment was a delight. The cozy ambiance added to the charm, and our server went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, A special mention to the restaurant for the delightful birthday cookie/cake surprise! We'll definitely be returning for future celebrations or romantic dates. Grazie mille for an unforgettable evening!

Very noisy. Food was good but not the gnocchi.wouldn’t recommend it. The Caesar salad was excellent. Service was average.

Once again Luke was splendid. Eat bartender and server in Langley. Food was amazing as always and we had a great time. Another person I have converted to the Osteria.

Our waitress was great, our food was great! I had the Chicken Parmesan and my husband had the Pasta Vongole. Our only complaint was that is was soooo expensive. Each of our dishes were $33.50 (for pasta). Way too much for pasta!!! I would recommend to a friend but with the knowledge of the price.

Gave your restaurant another try - even more disappointing than the last time - server who presented the charcuterie dropped it on the table and couldn't get away fast enough, and didn't have the courtesy to tell us what the selection was- the Hawaiian pizza was a disaster- the pineapple, I've never seen that colour, the crust was so tough, it was difficult to chew. What a absolute shame with that gorgeous Forno oven and the pizza guy (he's no chef) not a clue how to produce a delicious pizza with the finest oven to use. Needless to say, we won't be back. There's better places to spend my money! We're customers that have come here since inception- we have witnessed firsthand, a slow, steady decline. What a shame.

First time trying this restaurant. Very impressed. Sky was our server and she was wonderful. Had the Pesto Prawn pasta and a mushroom pasta. We’re not disappointed. Definitely going back.
