Welcome to the Island Hideaway. A family owned and operated restaurant offering an assortment of fresh New American Cuisine on Solomons Island! We have done our best to create a warm environment that offers a variety of tasty food.

Very eclectic menu, not as much seafood as one would expect for a dockside restaurant. Coconut lemon chicken was delicious, and the pasta is housemade.

The Island Hideaway is a delightful spot for waterfront dining. The menu is supplemented by special offerings which enhance an already nice selection, and presentation is always excellent. The serving staff are very professional and prompt. I have eaten there several times, and have yet to have anything other than a very good experience.

This is always a fun place to eat. Highly suggest making reservations i you don't want to sit outside because it is cozy inside. We have found that if there are a lot of people at the bar it can be very loud and hard to hear your guest/s. There desserts are delicious!

This is a great place to take friends and family to. We enjoyed sitting outside and our meals were very good. The French fries are always a treat! Our friend loved his crab soup and fish tacos. We have never been disappointed by our meals when we dine at the Hideaway.

Husband had the Ahi Tuna special and loved it. I liked the seafood cannelloni but the Alfredo sauce was too rich for me. The espresso caramel creme brûlée can’t be beat! Overall, my favorite restaurant in Solomon’s Island. Especially when it’s warm enough to sit outside!
