I hate to give two stars and I do eat in BH often. Had dinner with a girlfriend, we both had upset stomachs after dinner for hours. A little sad after spending around $200. ☹️

Uno, dos, tres lunch is a good option to taste multiple dishes at once. Served ‘bento’ style & includes a dessert. Strongly recommend reservations for patio seating.

We love having lunch at this cute indoor/outdoor restaurant! The service is friendly and helpful, and the food is phenomenal. The 3 course lunch menu is a lot of food, so bring your appetite! Or I ordered the shrimp fajita entree by itself, which was delicious and a healthy portion, especially after all the chips and guac I couldn’t stop eating!

Fabulous decor. I love everything, from the napkin holders to the candles to the pillows for the chair seats. The interior design shows so much thoughtfulness and care. I love the look of each of the areas, the outside, the bar area, etc. If atmosphere were all, it would be my favorite LA restaurant. Unfortunately, there's the food. I come to The Hideaway in spite of the food. I've never had a meal that I would label "good." It's fair at best. But certainly expensive! This last visit I had had a late lunch so I just ordered the flautas to go with my martini. They couldn't have been more tasteless. I would say "disappointing," but I have come not to expect much from The Hideaway's kitchen.

I went to the Hideaway with some girl friends for a night out. We all had a great time. We shared a ton of appetizers and everything was great. Guac, crispy cauliflower, hamachi, tuna tartare, rock shrimp, and fish ceviche. The rock shrimp was a bit spicy and one person didn't love the wasabi on the tuna tartare but I think overall it was really good food. Some girls got margaritas they enjoyed, one got a mocktail in a hilarious donkey mug. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. The space is pretty. Overall I give it 4 stars because I just wouldn't go back. It was nice to check out and we had a nice night, but not worth coming back a second time.

Came here for the lunch 3 course special. Food was good for value, portion was generous. The atrium is very gorgeous but extremely hot like a greenhouse. I felt my back was burning. Waitress was not upfront about costs. We ordered still water and instead of clarifying with us, she gave us bottled water that costed $9USD each and gave 6 bottles to our table without us asking. When it came to dessert, she asked if we wanted tequila with the margarita sorbet but wasn't clear the tequila comes at an extra cost. She made it sound like it's included as part of the existing dessert price. Not a pleasant experience when reviewing the bill.

We enjoy The Hideaway. It was late afternoon for Easter so maybe that explains why our mains took nearly 1 whole hour after starters to come to the table? That’s my only concern really. Otherwise we enjoyed and want to come back again as we did this time. Thanks.

Hideaway is in such a prime location right on Rodeo! The interior is quaint but spacious with a pastel garden vibe! Lunch menu was amazing and a great value- $32 for three courses! Everything we ordered was so delicious!

Vibe is great. Food was terrible and expensive. Waiter was good. Manager had to be pushed to handle the situation correctly. Party of 8, two of our dishes were cooked terribly. The manager offered to take one off the bill but not the other. $86 for tiny piece of steak and an inedible tiny piece of lobster. the vibe is terrific, wish the food lived up to it
