The heater in the igloo was not working at all when we complained to our server she spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do and still expected us to sit in the freezing cold and run our bill up to the required 300$ tab. I would not recommend!

The food is always good. The drinks are great! I can’t say enough about our service; Avery was great! Went above and beyond, even in not so great weather! Definitely worth it.

The food was not good at all. I ordered a giant pretzel - came out burnt. And I mean a quarter of it was black. Jerk chicken extra dry. Ordered special martini - out of both the syrups. Menu showed Hennessy- they were out. No champagne. And this is supposed to be a full service bar!!!! The igloo was beautiful and a vibe but way too difficult to meet minimum spend without feeling like you threw your money away. Because the food and drinks are horrible!!

The igloo was a nice experience. Cozy and comfortable. Eating your meal was challenging without an actual dining table. The food was ok, but not spectacular.

We had a great time and the igloo was beautiful. The noise level was quiet until our group arrived. I highly recommend it.

Food was sub par and we only had six people and felt cramped. Service and atmosphere great but don't know that we'd do it again.

We dined here for my boyfriend’s birthday and we LOVED everything about it! I was worried about being cold and having to keep my coat on the whole time but the igloos are temperature and we were comfortable the whole time. Our server Jada was awesome. She made the whole experience perfect! She’s honestly one of the best servers I’ve ever had.

I rented an igloo for my son’s birthday, the server was extremely friendly and kept up with everything we needed. It was a fun and enjoyable experience.

The view was great. The food was dry, luke wark and overall mediocre. The service was slow. They didnt even bother to bring napkins thru the entire dinner despite asking. They didnt bring extra plates or silver wear at any period of our 2 rounds of appetizers (despite asking). They were slow for bottle service. For $300 a table minimum, I expect good service. Even McDonalds is more on top of things.

It was very fun in the igloos!! We ended up picking a beautiful day around noon to use them. They ended up getting very warm and we had to step out a few times to cool off since it was so sunny outside so the igloo got very warm! Love the idea though and we will definitely be back!

Everything was great except for the $12 specialty drinks were PRE-MIXED. This is a problem when the server doesn’t inform you and you ask for something to NOT be in it and they oblige only to find out it’s a premix and nothing can be taken out. I guess allergies aren’t a thing...

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate your review! I just wanted to clarify, our specialty cocktails are made using a batching process. The batches are made fresh everyday with fresh juices. The batching process is used to provide a speedy, consistent, and quality specialty cocktail. We arrived a little early just to make sure we were on time and we’re not seated until 10 minutes after our reservation that we made a month ago. We were sat in an igloo that had at least a 4 foot tall rip in the side. We had 8 guests and we’re placed in an igloo with a TINY coffee table and 4 foot stools for seats. When trying to order food half of the appetizers were unavailable. When asking to take pictures on the rooftop we were told that we needed to go in a group and only go once. Overall not worth the $300 that was the minimum to pay for this igloo. Also food took FOREVER. Picture for reference of how small the table was with all our guest.

We appreciate your feedback! We do our best to ensure every igloo reservation receives the full 2 hours. Then we take the time to do a thorough cleaning. Also, all of our igloos can hold a maximum of 8 people, although only one has a dining table that can be requested beforehand. We have had to implement the guidelines from the CDC regarding social distancing and that is why we ask our guests to remain seated while dining. Our waitress was awesome. The only thing I can complain about is not having an actual table around to eat a dinner. Other than that, service was amazing. Awesome experience. And great food with good people!

Worst service I’ve ever had! We had an igloo for my birthday and the service was so slow. We sat in an igloo for 45 mins with no drink order. When he finally came we had to order our food right away because we knew it would take forever! Gratuity was included so it seemed that he didn’t care about our service! Would not recommend the igloos to anyone! This was a 2:30pm reservation and was not busy inside either!

We enjoyed our evening in the igloo at The Heights! Our waitress was awesome, very attentive, the food was excellent and we had the best time with our family and friends. I would recommend The Heights igloos to anyone who is looking for a private dining experience on the rooftop overlooking Toledo. It was so fun!

We had a great time in the igloo! We had great service but also had time to just hang out and enjoy each others company uninterrupted. The mimosa service was great and the igloo was a super fun and unique experience. The weather was even nice enough that we were able to hang out on the patio and enjoy the sunshine and take some fun pictures! We will definitely be making a trip back because we had such a good time!

We were unable to experience the igloo it was too cold outside and snowing at the time of our reservation unfortunately. They did accommodate us and sat us inside

We had wonderful Igloo dinning experience at Heights with friends. We really enjoyed and it was perfect sitting and felt comfortable. Our drinks and food were good and service was perfect. It was little cold was then additional heater provided were us made us comfortable. Will do it again😍

I went for my 60th birthday along with seven other friends and family. i totally had a great time. i would recommend this for a great time. waitress was great always making sure we was good with drinks and food!

Table broke has we walked into the igloo. We waited for them to fix it or seat us somewhere. Table got fixed still on our 2 hour time. Then at the end we was 🧍‍♂️ up getting ready to leave has this lady come in and tell us her 7 O'clock reservation was waiting like rushing us out.

Had a great time! Server was attentive and fun to talk to. The ambience of the igloo was so pretty. Food was great, per usual. It was a nice way to have a night out and stay safe. Even after pandemic, igloo's are a fun way to do something different, I hope they stay around in the colder months.

Some of my friends and I celebrated my 30th birthday at the Heights Igloos which was an absolute blast! The weather was perfect an the food and champagne was such a delight. I would definitely recommend this unique experience to others.

my girlfriends and i had an amazing afternoon at The Heights Igloo!! our server was amazing and hilarious. they gave us our own little speaker for our igloo so we could play our own music. and the food and cocktails were delicious! highly recommend

We had a wonderful time. What would have made it perfect were some warm beverage choices: no coffee or hot cocoa, or after dinner toasty beverages? That was disappointing to us.

We had a fantastic time! Such a cool experience! That being said one igloo has a table for dining and one is more for drinks and conversation (chairs and coffee table... difficult to eat dinner at) when I made the reservation I wasn't made aware of this or we would've picked the dining table. Still had fun though!

My igloo experience was absolutely fantastic! It was my 24th birthday, and the igloo had the perfect ambiance, heat and space for my parents, boyfriend and to eat and relax. Thank you for the awesome service and delicious food!

Service was fantastic! Igloo decorated very festive..loved our own little room! Food very good. Thought the minimum was a little pricey for 2 hours ...if you are not heavy drinkers, hard to get your money's worth with our 6 people. But was a perfect fit for the igloo.
