The food wasn’t great at all. Short ribs over grits is wild. The server was amazing the manager was amazing. There was a live musician great ambiance. Just wish the food was better. Would not come back or recommend!!!

We come here all the time and wanted to celebrate a graduation. However the ball was dropped severely. We were sat and waited 10-15 mins to even be greeted by a server. Drinks took a long time to come out and the overall service was mediocre. In my experience the Hampton is either amazing or inadequate, there’s no in between and I think it comes down to what server you get. While most of the servers are awesome, there are some that still need some experience. Was pretty bummed that the graduation celebration wasn’t what we know The Hampton Social to be.

We walked in at 7pm to club music blasting through the speakers. So bizarre and 100% didn’t fit the atmosphere at all and made it very hard to hear one another.

Cute place and decent food But noise level of the music was so loud. Sat at high tops downstairs would have preferred the regular tables upstairs.

Went for happy hour with coworkers. There was live music with a singer/guitarist, and then it was pretty noisy in general almost impossible to hear each other talk. Food & cocktails were tasty.

We were searching for a Sunday brunch spot and saw the great reviews here. We made a reservation, arrived early and was quickly seated in this very cute restaurant. The food was everything we hoped for and the service was quick and smooth!

I thought it was a beautiful restaurant and the food was really good. However, the music was overly loud and sort of clubby which didn’t seem to match the vibe. Also, there was MMA fighting on the TV in front of us while we were dining and I have to say - that is definitely not what I want to watch while I’m eating.

Bella was an amazing server. She was very attentive and on point with everything. I have an onion allergy so I always reiterate it to just make sure. She was understanding. I frequent this location at least 3x a month with my daughter. It’s always welcoming and friendly. The manager, Cameron is just one of a kind. 3 managers were on duty and stopped by to ensure we were enjoying our selves. We had a complete meal experience. (Appetizers, drinks, meal and desserts.) Loved everything about it.

The grilled octopus was excellent as was the chicken pesto bowl with pistachios. The H rose wine pairs well with both menu items. Service was friendly and attentive. At 4 pm on Saturday we were the first guests to be seated in the upstairs dining room where the music was blaring at full volume. It was very difficult to carry a conversation so we asked our waiter if the volume could be turned down a notch, which they kindly did, and that made the ambience much more pleasant.

Rooftop was great. Our waiter Andrew was attentive and there when we needed him. Great fun cocktails. Loved the guy performing on the first level. We had more drinks after brunch to enjoy the entertainment. It was my birthday celebration and very fun. Will be back. Thanks.

Had a reservation and the host told us our table would be ready in 5mins and they’d text us when it was. No problem. 15mins goes by and my husband goes in to check and the same host says “oh yeah I wondered where you guys went!” So he never texted to let us know…ok still fine. We’re seated and no one comes to serve us for 10mins. A manager comes over to ask if someone’s been by, we say no and he takes our drink orders. Bussers came to drop off the food and drinks and the bar tender asks us what we’d like as a main course. We were seated in the dining room not at the bar. We never had an actual server the entire meal which was just odd. I’m sure they were just understaffed but won’t be going back.

Fantastic meal! Our waiter Mike was one of the most personable, attentive, and knowledgeable waiters I’ve dined with in quite sometime. The food was outstanding. The drinks were on point, and the overall music and atmosphere gave off great energy and vibes. It was the complete package. I dine all over the world and living in South Florida we have some of the best. My colleagues and I all agreed out waiter made the dining experience that much better. This location will be recommended to friends, family, and business associates when they ask for places to go while in Chicago ! Was impressed with the entire experience!

Great food and service!!! Our server, Kristy, was phenomenal. She was very attentive and managers did their table touches. Overall, experience was amazing.

Great food, delicious every time I go. There was a live singer who was singing, I’ve never seen that in all the times I’ve been there. He sang great and the food was scrumptious as always

The entertainment for this morning was amazing. It was nice to hear the crowd joining in. Never been during the early hours. Only thing that was a negative was that they didn’t have the Salmon nor the drink my daughter wanted. She scanned the bar code and it was available, but server said it wasn’t . So my daughter nor I ate nothing. Rest of our party enjoyed their meals.

Service was awful. We were sat at our table, waiter immediately came over to take our drink order before we had a chance to look at the menu, so we asked for a minute to look over the menu. Fifteen minutes went by, waiter never came back. It was not busy in the area we were sitting in. We saw our waiter standing at the bar talking to the bartender the entire time. We had to flag down another waitress to ask for our waiter. The table next to us had to do the same. Waiter came and took our order, food came (fries were cold), he came back as soon as the food came out to ask how everything was (before we had a chance to taste the cold fries and let him know) then never came back. We needed drink refills and waiter was nowhere to be found.

The food was really good. The service was okay. Had to get drink from the bar myself because we couldn't find our server half the time.
