I used to go here many times , always was good food and service. Went yesterday to celebrate my birthday, had very bad experience. Music was so loud and we were not able to talk. But my main complaint will be about food, $48 for such small skirt steak that was burned even though we asked for medium well. Not worth money at all. Better to go good steakhouse and pay same price for nice steak 🥩 From kids menu , chicken tenders were burned as well. We ask for new one, they brought same burned tenders which my daughter didn’t even touch it. Manager never stop and ask how is everything. Waiter was so busy , we waited very long just to pay a check . Regret I went there for my birthday:(

Excellent food, flavors are unique. Pizza, chicken sandwich, pasta and salmon were all exceptional. This use to be a good place for rose. The wine selections are very poor and very over priced now. Need to bring back the rose of the day!

This used to be my favorite place! We walked in-hostesses were pleasant-and were seated. Server was great! However, EVERYTHING we ordered they were out of: truffle fries, lobster rolls, chicken sandwiches, fish and chips, fish tacos (which they subbed shrimp without asking). It was MOTHER'S DAY and the server mentioned its their busiest day. The sad part is the servers are the ones who have to deal with the general public. Every time I have been here in the past the manager has come over to see how things were. This time there was at least 3 managers on the floor and none of them were attending tables. It's sad but I won't go back to this location. For the $ it's not worth it. Management needs to prep the restaurant and ensure that their clientele is having a good time. HUGELY DISAPPOINTED!

My friend and I were able to get almost last minute reservations for Mothers Day. We were seated promptly and attended to in a reasonable time. Food service was fast and what we ordered was delicious (beet salad, octopus).

I came here with my mom for Mother’s day. There was a “complimentary free glass of rosé” that was supposed to be going on from 10 am - 3pm and 3 pm to 8:45 pm. We came, had our dinner and everything was great. When the bill came, we were charged for the rose. I asked the server why that was the case, since the rose should’ve been complimentary according to their website and Open Table. She bought over her manager, and he said that they “ran out of glitter” to put in the rosé, and because this glass didn’t come with the glitter, it was no longer complimentary. There were other drinks that we ordered, that had the glitter in them. Also, no where on the website did it say that the rose had to have glitter to be complimentary. This isn’t about the $16 that had to be paid. Just simply a bad explanation and VERY unclear advertising. A bit disappointing.

We went on Mothers Day. Restaurant extremely busy . Service and food was good. Only downside was it was very loud as they had a band playing so holding a conversation was way too difficult! Will return when it is not a holiday’

It was quite noisy and the lobster roll was not as substantial as other locations. The crabcake Benedict was and service exceptional.

This was my most disappointing visit to HS. Mother’s Day. We waited for a while for our water. We were brought glasses and a bottle but it was not poured. Also we were not offered the complimentary Rose that was promoted for Mother’s Day. We came for the short rib and were told they were out. This was 30 mins into dinner service. I then requested an option that was served on the brunch menu but they were out of the chicken breast for that item. I was going to settle for a pizza when the waiter came back and told us that they did have short ribs. Where did it come from? We were left with an empty water bottle for a long time. The manager used the excuse that they were busy for Mother’s Day(many tables were empty) When my short rib order arrived it was extra fatty. My mother’s order was fine. I asked for another order for myself. The manager returned with the server and my plate. He questioned if I knew short rib was fatty. Very rude. The manager asked if I was offended. Of course I was. I have had short rib at this location and other restaurants. Never has it had that amount of fat. Instead of just offering me another order, the manager chose to confront me for returning my order. He finally asked if I wanted something else but I had lost my appetite. They ended up sending me home with short rib that I ate later and there was little to no fat on it. It was a frustrating Mother’s Day meal and management needs to work on how they approach customers. This was one of my favorite restaurants but I can’t say that I willl return.

Way too noisy for Mother’s Day Brunch! My mixed drink was not spectacular for the money. I wasn’t allowed to order what I saw online for another 2hrs. This wasn’t clear when I made reservations. Seats are hard and uncomfortable and tables too small.

Amazing food and cocktails. The place can get VERY loud on the weekends. Kinda tough if you are just looking for a quiet dinner. Two quick and random suggestions, chill out with the *bump* *bump* *bump* dubstep music during dinner. And it would be awesome if they offered a version of their seafood tower without the Rose, I'm looking for some bourbon or a beer with my seafood tower not a Rose.

First time at this restaurant with friends. Food was tasty and interesting, but portions were small compared to the price for all items we tried: appetizer, soup, multiple entrees and dessert. Service was slow, waited over 20 minutes for the appetizer of grilled octopus, and it was mid-afternoon with the restaurant 30 % full. Our wait person always wore a mask, no one else in the restaurant had a mask. Not pleasant. If the person was ill and had to wear a mask, she should not have been serving food and working with the public. We asked another wait person if we could add the table next to us because more people were joining our party and she told us to ask the front desk. She wouldn't help us. Ordered same appetizer later in the meal and it came out with a slightly different preparation - odd. Alcohol was expensive - $21 for a shot of tequila; $15 for a small pour (maybe 4 oz?) of overly warm red wine, etc. Overall, not a good value or good first-time experience. Will not be returning.

KMMR, Thank you for your review concerning your 1st time dining with us. I'm glad that you enjoyed our food. I'm sorry that you felt the portions were small compared to the price. It's no secret that commodities have increased across the board. In order to give the great quality products that our guests have come to expect over the last 9 years we have had to increase our prices. There's a similar trend with our cocktails as our drinks feature 2 ounces of the base spirit and is then mixed with in house, handcrafted syrups and juices. I'm hoping you'll give me the opportunity to make this right. If you'd provide me a mailing address I'd like to send you a gift card of $100. Our server was excellent. He didn’t hover, yet was there when we needed him. Loved the food-had brunch. Each person had something different and no one had any complaints…empty plates for us all! Beautiful time to celebrate mom/grandma. Thanks!

I went for the first time with my friends for my birthday not really expecting anything but the waiters were super sweet! The food was absolutely delicious and we were tempted for seconds. The chicken in the Hampton Salad was very rough, but other than that they treated us with respect, and kindness! Great place, 10/10 recommend :)

We were a group of 8 so I know that brings its own challenges. The restaurant was not very busy on a Monday night. The food was very good but slow. I got the short rib which was flavorful but not hot, so I am guessing it sat for a long time waiting for the rest of the orders. Our server told us he was new, so we knew there might be some hiccups. He did a great job and we appreciated his attention. It was great that it had lots of food options for a larger group. I would definitely go back if in the area.

I'd give 5 stars overall but for the very loud noise. Décor needs soft surfaces to absorb sounds. Wait staff was excellent, quick, polite, cleaning the full glass of spilled ice tea. The pesto pasta dish was overpriced at $25--not even a sprig of parsley; looked like a tiny pile at the bottom of a ridiculously massive bowl. My coconut tofu and my husband's grilled fish tacos were 5-stars and good value.

The crab cake was great, but not worth $24. It was seriously pretty small and for some reason, if you ordered 2 crab cakes, the price was $29. So, 1 small crab cake for $24 and 2 crab cakes for $29. Very weird and not worth it. The lobster roll was also just ok as the lobster pieces were chewy.

Food was great as always but i definitely saw a crazy price increase as my meal was over $200 with 20% tip for two people and a child. I mean the food is good but was it $200 good…. I dont think so

Had the skirt steak for the first time and that is the best dish I have ever had there. Sarah was an excellent server and we had a great time.

It was our food choices that we did not particularly care for this evening. We’ve eaten there before and have had good food and great experiences. However, the music at 5 PM was extremely loud, and it made it very hard to converse with the people at the table. Not sure why they would choose to have live music so early in the evening, but if this is something ongoing, I would not return.

Our server was absolutely delightful! The food was good. I had the hamburger and it was good but not out of this world for $19 and was surprised I got charged extra for french fries that I didn’t really ask for because I thought fries came with the burger the other two people I was with said their food was wonderful.

Food and options were great. We had oysters and they were delicious and very fresh. Loved the live music. He played all known songs and was clever. Good service.
