The Cafe food and drinks menu is bursting with fresh flavour, made with the finest quality ingredients and created with The Grounds own grown and locally sourced produce. The Cafe at The Grounds has team of chefs who constantly push the boundaries and reinvents the classics in order to deliver you perfect flavour combinations that will make you want to come back time and time again.

NOTE: At The Cafe, to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to dine in, we operate on a walk-in only basis for smaller tables during peak hours. If no tables are available on arrival, we will add you to an electronic waiting list and text you when your table is ready, leaving you free to explore the rest of The Grounds. Rest assured, all groups on the wait list will be able to dine-in on the day.

    The vibe was so nice, surprised how busy it was on a Monday morning! The food and drinks came out a bit slow (approx 15mins for coffee and 30min for food) but the food was sensational and could not fault anything. We did have a big table of 10 people and it was fairly busy for a Monday but overall was an amazing experience. I’ll definitely return here.

    Service wasn't overly great. Didn't get plates for our desserts. Took 10 minutes and several attempts to call someone over for plates. Asked a guy that looked at us and ignored us. He could have gotten someone else to help us. Ruined the excitement a bit. Asked for spoons and were told to use the cutlery forks in the container and not approached again for anything further so we left.

    The grounds is amazing, the lane way is always fun and love the atmosphere. The food was ok, I had misto fritto- a bit too dry for my personal liking, needed something more. The cakes are amazing. So delicious and well decorated. Service was good, wait staff misheard my order so took a while for my food to come out after others but they gave our drink for free. My son loved the animals and the ball pit!
