This was our first visit to Green Line Restaurant in Fort Thomas. We enjoyed this visit and will return again in the future. The atmosphere is nice and the staff was very professional. Our food was very good even though we had expected a wider choice of side items (baked potato, for example). Once served and tasted, we were pleased with our choices.

This was our second visit, and it was much better than our first visit. Our server, Lauren, was pleasant and friendly and provided excellent service. We started with the muscle appetizer, and it was amazing. Our pork chops were moist and flavorful. The lemon mascarpone cake is a treat not to be missed. The bar could be a bit quicker with the drinks. There is no bartender, and the managers are making the drinks so that multitasking could be an issue. Otherwise, the evening was delightful, and the food was delicious.

The food was good. I arrived first and the others arrived about 15 minutes after. Someone should have asked if I’d like to order a drink, but didn’t. The others arrived. No one took drink orders for 15 minutes after they arrived. Apparently our server was also working the patio area so someone else took our drink orders. The poor server rushed in to our table about 10 minutes later and asked if we wanted to order our dinner. We still didn’t have our drink order so we weren’t ready to order entrees yet. I’d say they have staffing issues and very much appear to be having new restaurants issues, but the food is good. The overworked server was sweet and apologetic. I think they are in need of a manager circulating to make sure their guests are being taken care of. The drinks are overpriced.

Made a reservation for 6pm, for our anniversary. We arrived 5 minutes early, and we're placed in a corner of the restaurant. After being seated for 10 minutes with zero greeting, or acknowledgement from staff, another couple was sat a few tables from us. They were then served within 5 minutes while we still sat unnoticed. We left right after this, still being ignored by staff.

Excellent food and service. Our party had the cod, the salmon and the fish & chips. All delicious. Nice wine menu!

Found this and thought of trying it out and the food and service was absolutely amazing. Victoria was so pleasant and attentive. This will be our new favorite restaurant and we will be back very soon!!!

Tried Greenline for the first time with friends and family. Noise level low which is key. I hate going to restaurants where the televisions and music is so loud you can’t talk and enjoy the dining experience. If I wanted that I would go to a concert or movie!! Food was well prepared and presented timely and it was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and professional. Will definitely go again!
