Had the best meal and overall experience! We had high expectations and it exceeded even those. Delicious and unique menu, excellent service and beautiful atmosphere. We will definitely be back soon!

Oh wow, I am a Chef myself living in Charlotte but also having worked in the industry for almost 20 years and in markets like L.A. and Portland (OR) and I loved this dinner. The Lady and the Ramps cocktail was absolutely incredible, its seasonal so i doubt it will be there forever but if you like the idea of a pickled ramp martini for *effs* sake order it. The food... Gamekeeper has a nice idea, but cooking game can be tricky, and the kitchen staff knows exactly what they are doing, I ordered seafood fritters, crawfish bisque, and emu fan, and literally everything was seasoned perfectly and (mostly) cooked with clear and apparent care. If it were my kitchen, I would have one very slight critique, and that was the risotto... it tasted incredible, clearly the cook knew how to build the flavor but it did sit a little stiff, and I'm a risotto guy, but my goodness did it taste great so no real shade. The service... I cannot praise the service for my meal high enough, from the valet to the bar these people were incredible, I am terrible with names and have forgotten my servers name but she deserves an award, her knowledge, recommendation on the wine, and suggestions on the menu, as well as being observant but not over bearing and letting me experience my meal was perfect, I hope the management reads this and figures out who you are because that was awesome. Doesn't stop there though, the bartender (who seemed to be training) also checked in to see what I like and as I am not a desert person, recommended a second legendary "desert" cocktail (I told him i usually just have coffee for desert but asked for a rec.) and it was called the Turbo i believe. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough and going into the busy season, if guests get even half the experience and meal I got as just a guy on a Wednesday then i think they will be happy af.

A great dining experience as always. Consistent flavors with each course which keeps us coming back. Unique offerings that are always deliciously prepared. We just love this place!! We always visit when in the area.
