Speakeasy - The Midnight Room

The Midnight Room is a reservation only, cocktail experience. Once you are able to find the secret entrance, you will be met with a different experience from our dining area. Our mixologist will interview patrons about their drink preferences and then compose cocktails on the fly to fulfill their wildest dreams. The Midnight Room is cocktails only. Please be sure if you want to eat before your speakeasy experience, to make a reservation for our dining room and then for our Midnight Room. You will be transported to a whole different experience with all 5 of your senses. Please note the Midnight Room is only open Wednesday-Saturday.

I made a reservation on open table at 6pm Sunday. My date and I got there and it was closed. The hours stated the place closed at 7pm Sunday on the door. If you are not open, please close open table availability and have a notification for your guests. Very unprofessional.

I intentionally came back here based on a great experience I had April 5. This go round was nothing like the last and I was highly disappointed. The draw for the “experience” was the experience! No menus, and drinks made in a whim based on your mood or taste profile. Now: it’s a new menu with items that taste like they came out of the frozen food section. Wing were gamey and not crisp. Fries were cold and in seasoned and the service sub par. If I wanted a poor restaurant experience I could have went anywhere in Atlanta. I was embarrassed as I brought a guest and we didn’t enjoy ourselves. The server explained the change in experience was due to management and that is so unfortunate. Needless to say I won’t be back. A waste of money and time.

We reserved a table at the Midnight room and they said they didn’t have the staff for us to be there. Then don’t put reservations? When I went awhile ago the bartenders were so great making custom orders, but it was not the same experience

This was my 2nd time doing the Midnight experience. The first time was excellent with bartenders catering to our drink palette. It’s just made it more special to the ambiance. The second experience was very disappointing to learn that the bartenders no longer cater to the customers drinking. This experience made it very unique. And on top of that both my girlfriend drinks were poorly made.

Overall weird vibes, wouldn’t recommend. Hostess was kind of rude when we walked in, our server told me that I looked confused when she walked up, they do not have aperol or Tito’s (it’s a cocktail bar), and the Custom cocktail experience is Certainly not an experience and not worth it. This place has potential. So would love to see this turned around!

The restaurant was beautiful. Unfortunately, on the night we went, they were “switching over” the menu so the food selection was extremely limited. I believe only 3 items were available—we ended up with the olives. They were good but a far cry from what we expected for my friend’s birthday dinner. The cocktail menu was limited as well, but the drinks we had were very good and the bartender also made us drinks that weren’t on the menu.

I don’t feel like I ever need to write a review for a place, but holy moly this place was so laughably bad I have to. More specifically the speakeasy room. I paid ~$85 for 2 basic drinks and some wings….There was no cocktail list so I just asked for a drink with bourbon in it and he makes me a $24 old fashioned. One of the servers was on her phone half the time right in front of us, and when we asked her if we could order some food with her (seeing as she was not busy) she said the other bartender could do it and didn’t even let him know we were trying to order. We got wings and they were literally in a puddle of grease on the plate. Music was way too loud for the space. Some people were smoking weed at one of the tables??? Hello?? So many more things so wrong about this place that me and my girlfriend couldn’t stop laughing about how bad it was. What a terrible terrible waste of time, money, effort, etc…

There was no cocktail menu due to new ownership, it would have been nice to know that cocktails were $20-25 a piece that’s a bit much, it was good but not worth going back
