Cannot say enough about how fabulous everything was. I took my friend there for his birthday dinner. It was the first time he'd been to The Fort. I suggested that he order the game plate to try a variety of meats. He loved it. Having eaten there many times, i ordered the William Bent's buffalo filet for something new to me. It was so tender and delicious. The salad and potatoes that accompanied it are always fabulous! They brought my friend a chocolates dessert that was over the top delicious. He was so thrilled with everything. And, of course, the wine choices are fantastic. Never disappointing. We sat be the window and looked out over the city. Can hardly wait for the patio to open. And because i frequent The Fort, i had accumulated dollars to use towards purchasing our dinners. What a bonus! The staff are always accommodating, helpful and the service is 5-star. Thank you!

We began our meal by being sooooooooo disappointed that they were out of the bison prime rib (that’s specifically what we came for and were looking forward to for a bday celebration!) apparently they ran out last night. They apologized and even gave us a gift card to return but the damage was done. The bone did NOT live up to the prime rib as a special. It was underseasoned and not vey tender. Our waitress just didn’t match the vibe of our table. She seemed like she was always saying things sarcastically maybe we just didn’t trust her because we initially thought she was joking about the prime rib. My daughter loved the bison ribs (I should have split them with her there were 5 giant ribs) the mashed potatoes are awesome but even the crème brûlée was grainy and not as silky as it should be. Overall a disappointing dinner and a huge let down of what we expect from the Fort.

Amazing food with great sized portions. We had the Bison, Elk, and Quail for the three of us. The decor was very neat and the story behind it all we loved.

The Fort is our favorite place for special occasions. The food is impeccable. The staff is attentive. We have NEVER had a less than EPIC experience at The Fort. It remains our favorite place.

Large party in room adjacent to our table made for noisy dining. Steak ordered medium came out well done.. worst experience ever at the fort

A great overall experience. From the Buffalo empanadas & the Buffalo bone marrow to the Elk medallions... must mention the Native American Indian with his flute and stories...memorizing

A great place to entertain out of town guests. Ours were from Texas, and they arrived in a snowstorm. Couldn't have been more perfect.

The atmosphere was great. The salad and bread were excellent. The food was not that great. The waiter did not like that we asked to split our check for 3 people.

We love the prickly pear margarita. So delicious. We ordered the spicy bean and cheese dip for the first time last night. The chips were warm and delicious with the dip. The Guacamole is an always order option!
