I had the parmesan encrusted walleye with a hazlenut butter sauce. It was the best walleye I've ever had! Great service and awesome food!

We had a great time. The fish fry was delicious. Andrea was a superb waitress, she was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is very fortunate to have her as an employee. We hope to see her again when we come back.

I was disappointed to go for Mothers Day only to find out they had a "limited" menu because of the day. My mother wanted 1 particular item and of of course it wasn't on the menu. Normally my steak is cooked perfect and I have no issues, yesterdays was over cooked with a lot more charring than normal. The way they changed their menu to charge for every side is not really worth it anymore. They were one of my favorites in town and when I spend a significant amount of money and I'm disappointed in the food it makes me reconsider going there again.

Excellent evening at Fireside. Seated upon arrival at a wonderful table with a view of the lake. Our server,Megan, was outstanding in every respect. Answered our questions,paced the meal perfectly was attentive but not hovering. We had the cheese platter, Harvest Salad and coconut shrimp with a side caesar salad. All delicious. For adult beverages we had their version of a French 75 called a Fargo 75 due to the gin used is a product of a local distillery in nearby Fargo. Very well made drink and presented well. Can’t think of anything that’s wasn’t perfect . Will return when in the area.

The Fireside never disappoints. Party of 8, Easter Sunday. Our server, Fran, was attentive, efficient, and very sweet. We chose a variety of entree's, and everything was fantastic. Steaks were cooked perfectly, pork tenderloin was fork tender, and the salmon eggs benedict was delicious. The new corner round booth fit our party beautifully and was cozy with a gorgeous lake view. Yes, the prices are high, but worth every cent and more, for the experience and the perfection of each dish. Thank you!
