Pretty place. They have no window treatments of any kind to block the sun glare. Even when a table asked to be moved, they were declined. Food service was quite slow, yet we seldom saw our server for drink refills. We had a party of 8. The prime rib (2 guesses ordered), was tough and quite bland. One person ordered the tomahawk ribeye, outrageously priced! Several of our party tasted it and again said there was no seasoning of any kind on it. The side veggies were cooked until they were mush. Added the lack of parking, we will not be returning. I ordered the salmon, which was very good.

Overall the ambiance at Finch is good. Being seated was quick with the reservation, getting a waiter took a while. Brunch menu has a good selection, donut holes are delicious! Skip the steak and eggs plate, it’s a rip off. Mimosa carafe is a must!

The service was excellent! We were 25 minutes late, due to rain & traffic, and I called 15 minutes ahead; our table was ready for us! Everything was excellent; pork chops were delicious, the Mac n cheese was missing seasoning(very bland)! I will go back.

Very poor service starting with the hostess who was reluctant to sit us in an area that she claimed was reserved for a large party. After we insisted all of a sudden other couples were sat in the area supposedly reserved for a large party which never appeared. Managers sat around and watched and did nothing to solve the issue. Very cafeteria vibe with a good view and nothing else.

Food was fantastic and the service was outstanding. Our server was so attentive. The only blemish was having to wait 15minutes to be seated after reminding the hostess that we were still waiting. There seemed to be a bottleneck in the seating/hostess with many tables being available.

Our server was new or fresh out of training…lollipop chicken wigs are the best. They come with a nice ranch dipping sauce, but I asked for blue cheese twice…once she brought it, it was blue cheese crumbles! They keep changing their appetizers for the worse…orders “Szechuan chili chicken” and it show up with this unappealing gray sauce on it. Blackened fish tacos were dry…they need some aioli, mayo, avacado or something to make it moist. A good amount of fish, but you can’t mess up fish tacos like that. Shrimp scampi is delicious but the entree is so small(6 tiny little shrimp)…order this if you are not very hungry. Their service is actually 3 star…u wait forever for food, and the bartender forgot to place two appetizer order while we waited to be seated. What I really like is the vibe, location, etc. it is the perfect place to meet friends, have drinks, and lollipop chicken wings & volcano shrimp—that’s about it. Everytime I go here, the service gets worse and worse. I hope bring back some of the amazing dishes they had (original potstickers and sweet & tangy chicken)
