We went with our 2 young children (2 under 2) and the servers were quick, accommodating, great with the kids and the food is fabulous. 10/10 recommend the Nashville hot chicken sandwich!

The boiled dinner was terrible, dry, chewy and smelled like steamed dish water. Sent two meals back and stayed to have a couple of drinks because of Saint Patrick’s Day. Our waitress was very nice and the drinks were good. We eventually ordered some chicken wings and chicken wraps. They were very good, the French fries that came with the wraps were awesome. Unfortunately we looked forward to the boiled dinner, however it just wasn’t happening. I was expecting someone from management to come over to us and say something but nobody did.

Ordered drinks and nachos to start. Our drinks came after we finished our nachos! The server delivered the nachos and said our drinks will be right over. That didn’t happen! Oh well! There were 3 of us and we ended up ordering all apps. The steak and cheese spring rolls, poutine fries, haddock nuggets, and jalapeño poppers. We enjoyed everything we ordered, however service was very slow. They seemed understaffed like most restaurants these days.

First, the service was outstanding. Susan was very attentive and friendly and she was assisted in bringing food to the table by more staff, also very pleasant. My wife's steak tips were good. My friend and I both had the fish and chips; pretty good although a little dry. Friend's wife had fish tacos and liked them a lot. My biggest complaint is that the place seemed a little dingy. At the entrance, the hostess station was a mish-mash of menus, child seats, and coat rack. Just a little bit of attention there would make the place much more welcoming. And the whole place could use a spring cleaning. A simple place with simple food at a decent price, I would recommend.

We will definitely be addressing the front area and giving the whole place a little love. ie: cleaning. We don't have much space to store highchairs and such but will try to keep them more organized. Great local place. We went on Valentine's Day, as a last minute option. They were busy , of course, but the waitress was incredibly nice.

There were two large loud private events booked and those parties treated the restaurant like it was a private hall. Standing around talking loudly with no thoughts about other patrons.

I always ask what you think we can do to make your experience better? We are a family restaurant and tend to have large parties on occasion.
