The Factory Kitchen est le premier concept du FactoryPlaceHospitalityGroup, dont l'ouverture le 31 octobre 2013 a été largement saluée. The food was amazing but our server had us waiting for way too long! We waited over 15mins to get our bill and the restaurant was empty when we requested it.

The factory kitchen is one of our favorites. The service was wonderful and the food choices delicious. We went with the waitress recommended dishes, including the peppers, salad, focaccia, and pasta.

Very nice first time experience. Party of 9 and we had a nice and delicious meal. Service from Bebe was very nice. Will return. Just a little recommendation, Factory Kitchen , can you just add a tad more portions a couple ounces would make it. Food was delicious needed more of it :)

I really wanted to like this place but I just think the food wasn’t that good. The food was pretty bland imho. Service and ambiance were awesome but there was just no flavor with the dishes we got. The focaccia bread was way too thin to just have a puddle of cheese and mushrooms in the middle, the prosciutto dish had plenty of meat and cheese but it was just missing something. The pasta dish that my wife got was ok but again, my pork belly main dish was just dry and bland. Wife enjoyed her desert and the cocktails were ok. It’s a cool place for sure but I doubt I’ll go again because the food was boring

Every bite was amazing, from the prosciutto appetizer to the filled pastas to the vanilla pannacotta desert. Wine list was impressive - not many places offer carmenère by the glass and it's one of my faves. Jamiroquai on the playlist set a chill, grown and sexy vibe. Service was impeccable as well. Will definitely come back next time I'm in LA!!

A great place for an Italian dinner. We ordered 3 appetizers, 3 different courses, the Brussels sprouts and the apple tart and chocolate be-neighs . House wine was delicious, a great place to catch up with friends. Parking in lot next door has valet/ self park. Spots on street too.

We have visited FK on multiple occasions both personally and professionally! Consistently good service and food! Would love to see the chef try out new recipes as specials!! Think it would expand the menu and provide customers with the depth of talent that exists at FK!

Fantastic food and service in a very cool setting. We went before going to the Ahmanson Theatre to see the opening night of Funny Girl. The restaurant is less than a 10 minute drive to the theater so a great place to have dinner before heading to a show in the DTLA area. They have valet parking but we found great street parking. Safe area to park. Will return again!

The panna cotta and pesto pasta were delicious. The rabbit pasta was too salty. Not tasty mocktails. The coffee was aromatic and the desserts delicious.

Factory Kitchen never fails! We were a party of 7 for a work dinner-- not everyone lived in LA and was familiar with the restaurant and everyone was delighted. From the attentive service to the relaxed-yet-elegant ambiance, this is such a great spot. And, of course, every dish and cocktail is absolutely mouth-watering. 10/10 can't wait to be back!!

As the name suggests, this handmade pasta restaurant is in the Vernon/downtown area amongst industry buildings, and is a wonderful respite for the industry that is surrounded by. Had a business meeting there for six, and all of the handmade pasta was extraordinary, service was good, Value – look, Handy pasta you’re going to pay for, and we clearly had to. I would recommend it, but you need to understand that this is going to run 50 a person or more.

The Ligurian pasta was lukewarm and the waiter argued that it was supposed to be that way. It never has been served that way before but he wouldn’t warm it up. We barely ate it and he didn’t ask later if we wanted a credit or replacement. We’ve been here many times. Disappointing

The service was impeccable. The food was excellent. It was a little loud, so it was a bit hard to hear each other, but when it started dying down, it was quieter. Great value for the meal and experience. Would definitely come again.

This restaurant is overrated. I was expecting the "hmmm" after the first bite (since it's a Michelin) no! didn't happen. ordered a salad that was supposed to have dates and goat cheese, it was mainly green salad, then went with the fungi focaccia that the waitress recommended, very normal nothing special about it at all. for the mains we ordered 2 kinds of pasta, the ravioli di mare and the oxtail gnocchi, not that they were bad, but I could have made it at home. The desserts were super good tho! The service was very good too. won't go back to this restaurant, I tried it and that's enough. if you're looking for a real Italian, try Angelini.

Nice menu. Arrived 15 minutes early for a 1930 reservation for 5. Waited 40 minutes to be seated. What’s the point of making a reservation? No real area for waiting. Stood outside the door along with 2-3 other parties in a small covered area. Finally seated and it’s a table by the entrance next to the bar. Table so close to the bar. Very loud. Server kept disappearing. Had to ask for water twice. Brought our first drinks while we had appetizers and never came back to ask about drinks for our meal. After we ate. He had some espresso martinis and asked for the dessert menu. Server took so long to return for our order that we just asked for the check when he finally returned. Food and drinks were delicious. Street parking was not too bad but the wait to be seated and the inattentive server probably will keep us from coming back.

The appetisers were unique and delicious. Service was prompt but clumsy at times and unfortunately the pasta dishes disappointed. The apple tart dessert was spectacular. Yet, it was pricey and not worth it especially for the pasta dishes.

First time visit and definitely worthy a spot to for a repeat performance. The vibe and ambience is relaxed but with an upscale appeal. There were 4 of us for lunch following a visit to the Luna/Luna Exhibition. Each of us tried different craft cocktails and all were unique, beautiful and delicious. Then on to multiple shared appetizers, again each was creative and delicious. The main courses Trout, Arrabbiata pasta, Pork sausage sugo w/ pasta and Gnocchi malfatti. All top shelf dishes worthy of praise. A great day from Art & Dining Excellence!
