Led by a team of lifelong Chicago restaurant figures, The Evie is a locally-owned upscale dining destination located at the heart of the Magnificent Mile. Led by Partner George Archos (Wildberry Café), Chef-Partner Nick Nitti (Forno Rosso, Lucia Rose, Cucina 3 Italian), and Executive Chef Phil Rubino (Spiaggia, L2O, Cicchetti), the restaurant provides city locals and visitors a place to unwind and indulge while overlooking iconic Michigan Avenue. Named after George’s mother and daughter, the concept puts family at the forefront, with an emphasis on warm, Midwestern hospitality.

Evie offers full lunch/dinner and weekend brunch, presenting a menu of reimagined American classics and city favorites, spotlighting dishes like chef-crafted sushi rolls, freshly baked breads, Chicago-style Wagyu hotdogs, and USDA prime steaks. My wife and I had a great dinner. I had the filet which was incredible and perfectly cooked. My wife had the chicken which was outstanding. Sneaky great was the bread with the garlic her butter. Finished with the millionaire ice cream which was heaven. Wonderful service all night from multiple employees. Fun vibe and right off Michigan Ave so great location. Would recommend

Service is fantastic, incl host table, bartenders and particularly the wait staff. Extremely attentive, friendly & helpful. Food was very good, but the service sets this apart.

We loved the Sushi Rolls - Shrimp Rangoon & Volcano. Red Dragon was average. Spring Fling & Tres Leches were fantastic. Tip starts off w/ 20%, high for a standard/basic service. Shout out to the Host/Front Desk for honoring the window table request. The restaurant had a good playlist too.

Wonderful. Dragon roll great. We shared Evie salad mix of different flavors was spot on. Husband ordered grilled pork chop….said it was best he’d ever had!

The food and service were both excellent. The people at the hostess stand were very friendly and helpful and our waiter Chuck was fantastic. The espresso martinis were on par with the best we've had and our brunch food was delicious.

Our server Jack made our visit fantastic. He is everything you need to have for an elevated brunch. His knowledge of the menu, wine and spirits was stellar. The food was amazing and we were able to start our day about the city with a beautiful dining experience. We are looking forward to visiting your restaurant again and will most definitely ask for him.

This place was a wonderful surprise on the 2nd level on Michigan Avenue. Service was great; we had a view of Michigan Avenue; Food was very good and prices were about what you would expect for this type of restaurant in that location. We went with a group of six and it was terrific.

Gran atención y gran comida Tuvimos cena de grupo de 11 y funcionó muy bien, y después solo con mi esposa y fue un excelente lugar (nada ruidoso)

First off, ask for the server, Jack. A young, phenomenal, fun and funny waiter. Near perfect! Food is nice. Prices not as alarming as you might expect right on Michigan Ave. We had a hodge podge of sushi, French fries, house salad. Wine and mixed drinks were excellent. We would definitely go again next time we’re in town.

This was the best restaurant we’ve been to in Chicago. My daughter loved it and our server was amazing. The food was outstanding and we would recommend to everyone.

I wanted to like this place, but it was just dull. Everything was covered in oil/butter, corn bread was over done and very dry, and never order a mojito from here. As I Cubana being served sweet and sour with seltzer is criminal. If you don’t know how to make it, just don’t make it. The service was okay, as a fellow retired fine dining bartender I expected the service to be impeccable, but it was mid-level at best. I went to celebrate my birthday, and all we got was the sweet host saying “happy birthday”. I would never dine here again, but the ambiance is nice if you want to pay money to sit somewhere pretty.

Greek Salad was fresh and tasty, The sushi roll fresh and tasty as well. Service was friendly and efficient. Prices seem high for a vegetable salad at about $25.00. But the signature sushi roll was well priced at about the same. The only thing that dampened the experience was my lost earring. I found the back but the earring itself was not found. Still hopeful it might show up. They did promise to look.

I had high hopes as I've been going to this space for lunch for 20+ years. We ordered the artichokes and they were under cooked. I asked about the Prime Rib sandwich and was told I could only get it well-done. When I asked if I could request it medium-rare, I was told only if I came later in the day. It was explained that ends of the roast are well-done and I was there too early to get it cooked to my preference. I pressed again stating that I would prefer a more rare cut of the roast and was told that wasn't an option. The service was incredibly dismissive, the food was not well prepared and the space was empty compared to the Bandera days when you couldn't get a table... now I understand why it's not catching on. I recommend they find a way to cater more to their guests (or at least train their staff to be more accommodating in their delivery) A Prime Rib sandwich should be juicey rather then dry and overcooked. Sadly, I won't be back.

We often walk pass the restaurant, wanted to try The Evie and decided to reserve a spot for my birthday. It was a fantastic decision. The welcoming staff and atmosphere, the service, the food, and the ambiance were top notch. The portions were generous and many dishes could be shared. Well worth it and we will definitely be going back.

My friend and I each ordered from the corporate lunch menu, though we are not corporate at all. Merely “ladies who lunch,” as they say. I had an excellent Hemingway daiquiri and the crispy chicken sandwich, key lime pie to finish. I highly recommend all of the above! Request the garlic aioli for your fries. I wish I remembered our server’s name, she was precious and perfect.

We had a wonderful time at The Evie last night largely due to the amazing manager, Evan and our server, Chuck. Due to an Open Table issue regarding rewards, Evan stepped right in and corrected the issue. Chuck was an attentive and knowledgeable server. The artichoke dip was outstanding, as was the chicken, salmon and cornbread. Despite being packed, it was nice to be able to hear one another. We’ll be back soon.

First time in and was always a fan of Bandera before Evie. Very well done - from Bloodies to Whitefish to grouper sandwich. Fries could be a little crisper, but other than that, keep it coming. Next time in Chicago, we’ll be back. PS - beignets to start an excellent touch.

Food was fantastic. We ordered the Lake Superior White Fish and the Veggie Burger. The Lake Superior White Fish was delicious with a strong flavor of lemon, very tender and well cooked. The Veggie Burger was well seasoned, and delicious, but it crumbled when you try to eat it, because it really big. The portions were reasonable. The star of the night were the Spicy Broccolini, they were decadent, a must try. Overall a incredible experience.

Celebrated a birthday and enjoyed the Evie. We shared 3 dishes. The artichoke was beautifully grilled, I didn’t particularly care for the remoulade, but that’s personal preference. We loved the 2 sushi selections - very very good fish and delicious combinations. They provided ice cream for the birthday that we are still talking about! It had delicious crunch bits in it, it was some sort of caramel flavor ice cream with perhaps an amaretto crunch - I don’t know but it was fantastic! Our waiter was charming and attentive. Wine was pricey but to be expected in the area.The space is very nice (I’d been here for the prior restaurant and they’ve vastly improved the acoustics). I’d like to go again with a bigger appetite to try one of the entrees - they look great.

My overall experience was great, it started off slow at the bar while waiting for our table but the bartender made up for it. Our server Paige was great and attentive, and made our experience great!
