The Edison is a lavish Industrial Gothic-style destination for classic American fare, hand crafted -cocktails, exciting nightlife, and world-class entertainment. Thoughtfully re-imagined from a historic power plant, The Edison operates as a landmark restaurant, with three bars and many cozy lounges nestled in this multi-level venue. During the day, the Edison provides a playful dining family -style experience, but after 10 pm it transforms into an Adult-only venue focused on craft cocktails and Cabaret entertainment unique in Central Florida. We love this place! So unique and every bite is delish! We got 7 different dishes and 2 sides plus the best pretzel Ever ❤️we go everytime we re in Disney springs area !

The ambience was lively and immersive, the reservations made the whole check in so easy, the staff were accommodating and super friendly. Overall I had a great experience for my first time (and for my birthday) and I'm already recommending this place to family and friends! You guys are awesome!

I know prices are inflated at Disney, it's the price you pay for the magical experience. My wife ordered a gin & tonic with dinner which typically is served on the "rocks". The check for that drink showed a price for the gin & tonic and an additional charge of $3.00 for the "rocks". Are you kidding me? The arrogance is overwhelming.

The food was good, overpriced but that’s Disney. The bacon on a line is delicious. We ordered a salad with meat and the cook was wrong on the meat and they basically brought a burger patty. The grilled cheese and tomato soup is a huge serving definitely good enough for two and it was delicious. The cocktails, you really can’t go wrong with any of them.

The server was phenomenal, service was lack luster. Our appetizers came out before our drinks. drinks were great. Salty meat was served with board, chicken was dry. The Edison burger was the best menu item.

Great food, huge portions. Drinks are fun, but they seem to charge you for ice. They call it “rocks” when you get a vodka and soda. Kind of strange for me.

Came to the Edison for the first time with coworkers and the atmosphere did not disappoint! Such a cool place. We shared the bacon app and spinach dip - delish. Two of us got the power salad, one with grilled salmon, the other with grilled chicken, which were highly satisfying! The other got a burger and short rib. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Our server (Garrett?) was knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. Would recommend!

I would recommend if you are looking for a place to grab a drink (and maybe an app) in a unique setting. We enjoyed the artichoke dip and the live music. They also had the AC cranked on a hot evening. Service was okay.

The ambiance is cool and fun. The food was mixed. Fish was dry but the burgers were good. The grilled cheese was good (and huge) but the soup tasted more like tomato sauce. The pretzel is a neat look but was also dry. The cloths-hanger was really good and the pickles that came with it were a nice compliment. I would ask for extra of those next time around.

The food was great, but I made a reservation for 10 people 60 days out, added that we were celebrating something, and even took an off peak time (4:00pm) to make sure we could all be together. We were sat at two tables with a large support beam in between us, when there were other table configurations of the same bench seating we were at, that if they had planned correctly we could have all sit together without this obstruction that kept each table only talking to themselves most of the time. Service was ok, didn't get much attention after ordering, so overall a disappointing experience.

This was my second visit and it was absolutely incredible. The vibe and ambiance are amazing alone, along with the entertainment. The trio that performed really made the experience. They sing a lot of modern songs in 20s styling. My husband had the short rib and it was tender and delicious, I had to salmon and it was also amazing. We will be dining here again next time we are in the Orlando area!

Great ambiance, Caesar salad was covered in a huge amount of parmesan cheese and dry, the steak for the salad was all cartilage and chewy. The burger and the hanging bacon was lacking favor. The service and show was amazing but meh on the food.

This was such a cute and fun place to experience. We absolutely loved the 20's, steampunk vibe they had. They played top 40's and popular songs but in a jazzy tone. I love live entertainment and the singers were engaging with the crowd. Cocktails were cook and although we didn't try the food, all the plates that circled us while drinking smelled wonderful.

I have mixed feelings about The Edison. First,let me just say that the entertainment is fantastic. The singers have amazing voices and I don’t know how they do this night after night— especially to Disney Springs audiences. The building itself is super cool. The service is a friendly. The food was a miss for me. I felt like it was “chain restaurant” type food in a cool setting with music. The speak easy vibe falls EXTREMELY short with 20 strollers parked in the entrance,screaming kids everywhere and that type thing,but again…consider the location. Again,can’t say enough about the voices of the singers. Fantastic

Food wasn’t the best, roast chicken was dry & burger as well even cooked medium. Pretzel (did not get the presentation like others did) and Strawberry Moscow mule (tasted like a normal mule) was best part of our meal. Felt a bit rushed inside restaurant. Atmosphere was great and cool, disappointed band played for 2-3 songs before a 20 min break so a bit bummed about that. Vibe was great but the food for the prices wasn’t it unfortunately. Most likely would not come back and try something different in Disney Springs.

Excellent drinks. Pretzel was phenomenal with the cheese dip. I expected the fried chicken sandwich would be spicier with the provided description but it was bland. The burger was great and cooked to perfection. The entertainment was very enjoyable. I would come back. I love the huge square cube of ice in the bourbon. Nice touch. Renee, server, was most helpful and pleasant.

My husband loves the bacon clothesline appetizer so we try to visit every time we are in Orlando (usually at least once a year). The food is pretty good. They have cute entertainment. It’s a fun place to bring friends. The only downside is the drinks are very expensive (but they are very good).

The food was fantastic, the short rib is absolutely delectable I highly recommend it. The drinks are good, the dessert even better. The atmosphere is great.. some seats better than others. The sound wasn't as great in the seats around the corner with just the TV screen. They should invest in some good speakers for that area.

Food (short rib entree) was excellent, but the menu was limited in number of entree choices. Gluten-free options were very limited. Service was average. If you like theme restaurants, this was good, but decor was dated. All in all, there are better options in Disney Springs.

Super cute & industrial setting. They have an energetic ambience with close proximity seating to listen to flapper girl performers, dance or talk to others , even those not in your party. Great food and atmosphere. Would recommend.

Our waiter was very I attentive 45 minutes to get our drinks and the place was not overly crowded. We asked for more water as she I have a drink I do drink water and it never came. The food was amazing my new husband and I could cut our steak with a butter knife.

We asked for a table not too close to the music and the host downstairs pointed at a high top table without walking us there, it had very uncomfortable chairs that all felt like they were about to break. Our waitress was very nice. We were surprised to see they had personal or cleaning items just out all around the register, very unorganized. The to-go containers were placed on the bottom shelf next to the register where the staff shoes easily touch them. We were charged $3 for each ice cube in our bourbon, I’ve never seen that.

We’ve been here multiple times and always enjoyed this place. However this experience was terrible. Lack of food options, waiter didn’t arrive at the table until 20 mins after we were seated. They never cleared the table and just kept piling things on to the point my dad’s silk shirt was covered in tomato soup. We are so disappointed that this place has gone down hill.

First time at this place, the live music was great as well as the ambience. We were celebrating our anniversary. It didn’t feel like much of a celebration. Our server was terrible, he disappeared and not once checked on us. Another server had to cover for him. The food was good except the mashed potatoes were so gummy and the fries were dry. Not sure if I’ll ever come back.

Absolutely great venue and the live music was outstanding. The food was medicore at best and hence overpriced. The service was intensive and dismissive. The temperature on the upper level where we were seated was freezing.

This was our 2nd time to done here and I don’t think we’ll be back. We went to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday and the menu is mid at best there was maybe 10 options total with little variety. So we ordered and the food and it came out my husband’s was a soggy wet mess he had to remove the bun on bottom and he ate it like that because waitress was so absent she misunderstood what my son wanted on his burger it happens it was loud but it took an extra 20 minutes to get it out and we were all finished. They did remove it from our bill but that’s besides the point. I had to ask for my daughters Daughter cookies which came with the meal or we would never have received them. My daughter never got a special birthday anything it was actually all disappointment. Just an observation we had over this trip when a wait staff knows there is an automatic tip they don’t work for it which is a bad policy and one I will refuse in the future if the service is mediocre.

This was a great late night dining experience. We were expecting live music and it was a great surprise. It made for a wonderfully entertaining first night at Disney! The food and drinks were top notch!
