The Edge is an upscale dining destination conveniently located near Shore points. The design is a stunning combination of reclaimed wood, steel and leather with a gorgeous custom-made bar and lounge. A communal table, fireplace and cascading water walls create an atmosphere of warmth and intimacy. A New-American menu, highlighting locally sourced and sustainable classic dishes, seafood and prime cut meats infused with Latin and Asian accents. The Edge has an impressive wine list with many American and global selections. In addition to serving signature and classic handcrafted cocktails by our mixologists, the bar is stocked with an extensive list of single malts, blended whiskies, rye, bourbon, rum, gin, tequila, mezcal and some of the finest cognacs, armagnacs and other brandies. To complete all this we are proud to serve local, domestic, premium imported draft and bottled beers.

Upon check in I mentioned that the person I was with is celebrating her birthday and when we order desert can you put a candle on it and was told of course, but that never happened and I ordered a pork chop and it was fatty to say the least,very disappointed

We went for my 60th birthday. Everything was fantastic. Service, food and drinks. A pleasant surprise. Drive by here for years and never went in. So glad we did. Highly recommend!

The strip steak and garlic mashed potatoes that I had, and the steak frites and parmesan truffle fries my wife had was some of the best food we ever had! I also had their soup of the day, a lobster bisque, that was good! For dessert we had the flourless brownie, and it was just amazing! For drinks, we had a lemon drop martini and their berry bomb and they were excellent as well!

We went on Sunday pasta night for a birthday. Our food, drinks, and service were all great! They even put a sparkler in our dessert to celebrate. Classy interior too!

The food was good. We knew it was an expensive place but wasn’t worth it. The service was not good. My husband got the wrong order. Took about 10 minutes to get the correct one. Waitress said she would buy us a round of drinks. But the next morning, when we re-looked at our bill we realize she didn’t. Was not worth the price would not return.

We went for our anniversary. Ordered calamari, very good. My husband had filet which he ordered medium rare but it came out medium. Waitress offered to replace it, but it wasn't that big of a deal to wait for it. I had short ribs, very good. Vegetables that both meals came with were cooked very well. I hate getting veggies in restaurants sometimes that are practically raw. My husband ordered a cocktail normally made with orange juice (along with other juices) but they didn't have orange juice at the bar. Wine was good. chichi was our server and was excellent! Very attentive and extremely pleasant. She offered us complimentary champagne but wed already had a couple drinks, so we passed. Creme brulee came with a sparkler, which I loved! Thoroughly enjoyed our meal and celebrating at The Edge!

Long time Jackson residents but 1st time dining at The Edge. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and it didn't disappoint!!! Service was great, food was fantastic, had the blue cheese sirloin and my wife had the short ribs, both were great. Sirloin could be cut with a fork and the short ribs melted in your month. We will be definitely going back real soon. Also, only one waitress was working being a Wednesday night and she was hustling, very impressed.

Ruined Mother’s Day dinner - got every single order wrong, hockey pucked (burnt to a crisp) two $40 & $50 steaks, sent back one and it came back raw. Their bleu cheese crusted sirloin just has bleu cheese sauce dumped on top, not crusted or baked at all. I thought Gordon Ramsey was gonna pop out like I was on some mashup episode of PUNK’D and Kitchen Nightmares. They brought out plain pasta with no sauce on it. Raw noodles!!! Nothing on em!!!! The Edge made me feel like I was on “the edge” of my sanity. You deserve better than this place! They cooked the hamburger well but forgot the cheese!!!! Come on!!!!
