Friendly staff, great pub, Been twice and both times the food was brilliant. Pain au chocolat bread and butter pudding was spot on.

Good food, with excellent vegetarian/vegan options; first-rate service; charming location; well laid out and attractive interior. Hard to improve upon.

We enjoyed our meals, although my meal arrived tepid it was quickly resolved on my request.

Lovely pub and delicious food. A bit on the pricey side but worth it. Excellent service, we will definitely be back for a roast

I'd heard so much about the King William so decided to go there for my daughters birthday lunch. Most of us had the chicken roast and it certainly wasn't anything exceptional. Roast potatoes verging on over cooked, Yorkshire pudding was cold, chicken ok. Disappointing after hearing so many positives.

Secound week in a row for a roast dinner !! Amazing standard the meat was top quality we had the Sirloin the roast potato’s where super crispy and we are super fussy literally couldn’t fault a thing ! Staff are all so sound accommodating we had a big table for 9 couldn’t do enough. I’ve been coming here for years and at one point a few years ago the standard went down but now part of the group of restaurants it is definitely up there and the setting is beautiful especially a sunny day like today 10/10 so happy and will be back
