The Dickens is a “one-stop shop” as Hell’s Kitchen’s biggest Broadway Cocktail Bar. A literary-themed multiplex now open for dinner, drinks and dancing. Operated and owned by Vida Verde and PMac’s Hospitality alum Bryan Hannon, The Dickens, on 8th Avenue between 47th and 48th Streets, boasts six different spaces to grab a cocktail, including a first floor cocktail bar and restaurant; low-key hangout The Genie’s Lounge; moody, stylish party venue at the whiskey-themed Studio Bar; The 3D Bar & Lounge; and a top-notch rooftop.

    Join Jacklynn Hyde every Saturday & Sunday in The Dickens for Bottomless Drag Bingo Brunch at 1pm & 3pm. This 90-min show brings comedy, musical numbers, prizes, mouthwatering food & bottomless drinks all together for an experience you won't forget! With the purchase of a Brunch Entree, you can add bottomless mimosas, bellinis, bloody marys, frozen drinks & highnoons for 90 minutes for only $25. Please note if you are booking for our Saturday or Sunday 1pm or 3pm Bingo Brunch, seatings and show time are strictly for 90 minutes after which you must move to the bar area. We recommend arriving 15 min early. You will not be seated without your whole party. If you are taking part in the Bottomless Option the entire table must participate.

    We came to this place because we saw it had 4.8/5 google stars. Overall, we walked out happy.The food was delicious the service was decent at first but then a little slow. The noise with the music was way out of control and did not make it easy for conversations at the table. During dinner hours, they shouldn't have it this loud. Maybe after dinner hours starting 10pm or later.

    Never been here before and was looking for a low key spot for some food & drinks before the theater. Had no idea it was a gay bar, and didn’t care anyway! We had delicious espresso martinis, thank you Kevin, and our food was really good. We shared coconut shrimp and a flatbread, both were very tasty. Will def go back.
