Nestled lakeside on the glacier-fed Nita Lake, by the foot of Mt.Sproatt in Whistler. The Den Celebrates the wilderness around us. We create our seasonal dishes with local farm-to-table product, artisan meats + cheeses and our garden grown herbs + greens with a strong emphasis on plant-based alternatives.

Join us every Sunday for our brunch buffet from 7:30am-2pm in The Den.

The food was fantastic. The presentation incredible too. Stay away from the desserts - they didn’t stand up to the quality of the incredible meal we had. Disappointing (dessert and coffee) but again, great food. Awesome ambience and beautiful location. Bit on the pricy side especially the wine which was about 20% over priced.

We went because the restaurant promised views of the lake, but we were seated in a corner away from the lake view because of a wedding. The food was mediocre to bad (morels with no flavor) and only BC wines were available. My Merlot was terrible.

We had the Sunday brunch buffet and the variety was nice, but the food itself was not all great (for example, crab legs were impossible to eat, and texture and taste showed they were previously frozen). If I go back I’ll order a la carte.

Food was sensational. Our waitress, Julieta was very professional and very knowledgeable of the food. Always had a smile. The opposite was the case with front of house and out on the patio. The staff there were not friendly at all - quite brusque, in fact. I would suggest further training. Other than that a lovely meal and gorgeous views. We’ll be back.

We were celebrating our 41st anniversary and couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue. Once our server, Juliette, found out it was our anniversary, she brought us a glass of bubbly each. How lovely! We had a great view of the lake which added to our experience. Our dinner was outstanding! The kale salad was out of this world delicious, my salmon and my husband’s halibut were beautifully presented and delicious. Our desserts were fabulous as well…I had the lava chocolate cake and my husband had the apple rhubarb crisp. This was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time! The service from Juliette was exceptional…she was friendly, engaging with a keen eye for detail. Nothing was missed. It was a perfect evening.

Mother’s Day brunch on the patio lounge area was a very nice experience overlooking Nita lake. Staff was personable and attentive. I would recommend this outside location on a fair weather day to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere,drinks, and good food!

Loved dining on the patio. Did not feel rushed to leave our table. Service and our server were excellent. Will be back.

Great meal, wonderful service and we’re very accommodating of our energetic one year old! Had a great experience! Pork Belly was 10/10 and the Nettle Risotto was so so good.
