Food & cocktails were amazing and delicious. Had an odd experience when our server accidentally spilled an entire tray of drinks on our table. It got on my purse, multiple peoples legs, all over the table. It was very loud and there was broken glass everywhere. He was very embarrassed and apologetic. It took awhile for anyone to come help clean up the mess and I was very surprised that a manager didn’t come over to make sure everything was okay. Someone who looked like the manager walked past the situation but didn’t stop to help or talk to us. When we checked our bill our drinks had also not been taken care- we had to ask for them to be taken off. Good food but odd experience for a nice restaurant like The Davidson.

Very cool bar to start the evening and the open patio, with a band in Fountain Square, provided a great ambiance for dinner. Food was delicious. Definitely going back!

Pasta was excellent. Eggplant was okay for an app. Drinks were good. Noise was a lot with the music on the square and the restaurant music… beautiful night to be outside.

Our server Xavier was excellent! he walked us through the menu and with his suggestions we got the pesto and the chicken which were delicious. really enjoyed that it was not too loud and it was easy to talk to my partner.

Overall, a great experience! We had the Fondue app, Davidson Burger, Steak Frites & they were all really great. Our server seemed to be new but also had someone shadowing her but we felt like we did not really see them. Not terrible but just felt like they could have been more present. Will definitely return.

Great food and service. Loved the fondue appetizer. There is a slight fruit fly issue in the restaurant which was a little bothersome. Also there is no desert menu which was a little disappointing. Overall positive experience.

First time dining yesterday! Food, service and ambience wonderful. Highly recommend eggplant appetizer, scallops, vodka rigatoni! Plan to go back to try more!!
