Hidden away in the Bywater neighborhood, The Country Club offers an elegant escape from everyday living. Our beautiful restaurant and bar deliver exquisite food and drink in sophisticated surroundings. We offer chef-driven cuisine inspired by Italian-French and Creole-Southern heritages. Our incredible menus by Chef Chris Barbato, formerly of Commander’s Palace, has all the foodies talking. Our award-winning wine program features more than 140 bottles from 13 countries and its very own private label wines. You MUST be 21 or over to dine with us. Some outdoor seating is available. If you would like to request outdoor seating, please do so when you arrive. We book up for Drag Brunch six months out, HOWEVER, as people cancel reservations they immediately become available online, so be sure to check back often. Just Ok, service by an inexperienced waiter(my opinion) forgot ordered drinks, food and coffee, had to remind him what we ordered, not very attentive. Food was also just ok, nothing to rave about. Ambiance was awesome but can’t overcome the service and food. Will not be returning

Considering this came recommended as one of the best Drag Brunches in New Orleans, i found it quite underwhelming. It definitely was not at entertaining or lively as expected. Food was okay, nothing special.

A fabulous time was had by all! The entertainment made us laugh and sing along. The food was delicious, the service was attentive and friendly, and the people were happy!

The drag performers were excellent and the staff was friendly. The service was incredibly slow and the food was warm, but not hot. We couldn’t get a cocktail to save our life, and this is a drag brunch! You want people to be “tipsy” so they will tip better. Overall, it was just ok for me.

Drag performers were amazing. Food was just OK. Apps were to die for, main dish were just OK. My issue was drinks. We were sat at 10AM and promptly greeted and asked what drinks we wanted. One drink came almost immediately. Our appetizers arrived and still 3 drinks not delivered. Table next to us as well had no drinks, table behind us had drinks. I got up and informed our server (who was very busy), that i think our drinks got missed. Without even missing a beat, she responded with, The bar is busy, they will get to them soon. Meals got delivered and still no drinks. We asked the person who brought our meals if our drinks were coming soon, to which he said, he will check. 50 minutes later the server came back admitting the bartender never got our order. I get that a drag brunch can be busy. I would expect drinks to come out quickly. but when you notice something wrong, to be treated like you are a burden simply asking where your drinks are, is a bit extreme. YES, drunk brunch goer's in New Orleans can be a handful, but be observant and if your appetizers are done, the one of three drinks you brought to the table is empty, and you are bringing your main meals to the table, that should be a clue that somethings wrong. The waitress in general was nice, the other staff were great, and the perfomers were amazing. Salmon had too much citrus dressing that overpowered and the eggs and polenta was dryish. The short rib and eggs were to die for. And the bloody's were good when we got them, but should have been three deep by the time our meals came.

Can’t say good enough things about this place. The fried catfish salad and hearts of palm ceviche were both incredible. The decor was breathtaking. Amazing service
