Juliet is produced at a Certified California Sustainable Winery in the Santa Barbara Region, where the wines are handmade in a low-intervention style (no artificial additives) to ensure a clean, fruit-forward product reflective of the excellent quality grapes used. Additionally, we have partnered with Disco Palma for this special afternoon event, a provider of rare vintage designer items. Lovely atmosphere. Came based on a Michelin article and had high hopes having been everywhere else on the list. Spent $250 for 3 starters and 1 entree. The servers were lovely but we waited nearly and hour for our entree to come out and overall just didn’t love the experience.

I had the Waldorf salad chicken sandwich and it was sooooo sooooo good. Unexpected and amazing. The drinks were ok, nothing special. And chips were nice but the dip that comes with really lacked seasoning. The service was spotty, our waitress was not around, we had no silverware, napkins etc. but some of the other folks (host? Runner?) was very attentive and tried to make up for it. The ambience is amazing and the decor is top notch. Would come back!

Great Steak and Lasanga (but portions are small though); Steak is pricey $60 +, but overall, such a beautiful place and great ambience. Pretty views. I say try it ONCE!

This is the most overpriced restaurant in all of Palm Springs. Insane We had drinks and walked out Vallauris is less expensive

Took 25 minutes to get drinks. Nice atmosphere. Vodka instead of gin in martini, mistake. They did replace the erroneous beverage. Food was excellent.

Nothing better than spending your birthday poolside with amazing cocktails , delicious apps and entrees that will be as memorable as the sunset over the mountains and palm trees. Thanks Colony Club for such a lovely evening with the best food & drinks in PS.
