We enjoyed our experience and the food was fantastic. We had reservations and were seated in a timely manner even though it was Mothers Day!

They were extremely busy for Mother’s Day. We had a reservation at 5 and were seated as soon as we arrived. The server took our drink orders and a few minutes later took our food order. We sat there for about 20 minutes waiting for our salads, the waitress came back and apologized for the wait, another 20 minutes past and still no salad. She came back and said she was sorry again and said she would talk to the manager. The manager comes over and asks if everything was ok and we explain that we hadn’t received our salads yet and that we had been here since 5. He looks at his watch and gave an oh Sh*t look realizing that it’s after 6 and apologized and said he’ll go talk to the kitchen. About 5 min later we got our salads and then 5 minutes after that we got our steaks which were just ok. After dinner he came back over and apologized again and gave a us a discount. I up in the air If I’d go back.

Slow service. Food not seasoned well. Cream spinach was obviously frozen prior to cooked, partially still frozen when served. Drinks not made correctly.

Very disappointed. Have always enjoyed our meals there but this time. Took a longer than usual to get meal. My wife’s Salmon was not done. Server ordered another one but this one also took longer than usual but it was done. By this time I had finished my meal and she was upset and basically just took a few bites and boxed it up to take home. Mgt offered dessert wh h we declined and then comped the Salmon dinner

Once again the food and service were amazing! My Mom and I enjoyed ourselves for an early Mother’s Day celebration.

Our crab cake was excellent, as was the salad and corn crepe brûlée. The filet mignon was more done than the medium well ordered so it was dry. The butter cake strawberry desert was excellent. Our waitress Megan did a good job

Experience was okay, nothing exceptional. Food was fine again nothing bad but nothing really good. Service was slow and especially slow between requests. Overall nothing that would make me want to running back.

Establishment was clean and nice ! Our server don’t recall his name .. was great !! Our food (filets) melted in our mouth and cooked to perfection ! Salad and sides were delicious as well ! Will definately be back again :)

The service by Amanda was excellent. Everyone loved the food and the restaurant, and all but me are from Maryland. From the moment we arrived, all the Staff was welcoming and friendly.

Waited a very long time for our dinners. Probably at least 1 1/2 hours. Waiter did come over about 30 mins before food came out and explained that they were very busy and food orders were backed up. He was not friendly and was pretty arrogant. Rolled his eyes as he left table. . Never offered to get us more drinks or bread. Finally we asked again and food showed up about 15 later. Food was good. They had way too many people they were trying to wait on the whole time we were there. They had a prom group of 70. General manager came over but didn’t even offer anything and was short and very unapologetic . We dine often at Chop House and this experience was horrible. The final straw was when we did get our checks none of them were correct. Everyone received the wrong check and items that were charged to some of our checks were suppose to be on someone else check at our table. We just worked it out among ourselves as to who owed who. It is beyond me why any restaurant would take such large parties if they are not able to handle the situation and couldn’t service regular patrons. I will think long and hard before returning.

Laid back, quite and peaceful. Enjoyable family atmosphere with an upscale ambience feel. Will definitely be returning soon!

We had a party of 9. Waitress and servers were great. The food was great! We moved to FL 2 years ago. We are back in town and made a point of having dinner with my sons and their families at the Chop House. It was one of our favorites when we lived locally. Thank you to the waitress, servers and kitchen staff. Our visit was awesome!!

Nice experience! Our server, Wes was great. He was attentive, patient and very polite. Food was excellent and prepared as requested. We had a family get together that was well done by the Chop House. We will be back!

Wonderful food first time . We have a group dinner with coworkers every 6 weeks trying new restaurants. This was by far one of the best. Also the service was excellent . She helped us surf the menu. We were not led wrong. I will be back wife wife really soon

We enjoyed our food but are server was not very attentive. She dropped a glass of water and didn’t replace it. She was very slow to return to clean it up. We had it cleaned up before she returned. Our appetizer came out at the same time as our salads which was very disappointing.

The staff is polite and they greet you at the door. My family and I were seated quickly.. food was great, our waitress very polite and checked in us periodically. I recommend this restaurant and I will be back again

First of all, in and out within 40 minutes is incredible all by itself. The food was amazing, and our waitress was very nice! Highly recommend.

The waiter was super nice and made sure we had our cups filled all the time! Even though it was packed the service was great! We also got our food out quick. And I loved the taste of everything especially the sirloin! You also have to try their dessert! 😋😋😋

Our table was ready at the appointed time. Our server was attentive and helpful and had a fun sense of humor. Meals were delicious and the birthday dessert was incredible. Thank you!

Wesley was great. Food was great. The GM I knew has retired, but he left good people in place to carry on as before. Ask for Westley.

Chop house is a long time favorite that is reliably good. Food was especially good this visit and Megan our server was great as are all the servers. We are so happy being able to reserve via Open Table.

My food was great last week when I went but this time I got the chicken salad and it was soggy and gross and the waitress didn't say anything when she noticed I hadn't even eaten it
