THE CHATHAM CUT offers an especially unique, intimate dining experience.

We specialize in freshly-cut meats. Our steaks are freshly-cut every day.

The Chatham Cut does NOT use pre-packaged previously cut pre-weighed plastic-wrapped meat, or cook our steaks using the "Sous Vide," method as many other non-specialist restaurants do. Every "Cut," is fresh, which offers the special flavor profile our guests have searched for.

Our offerings are prepared in the true steakhouse old-world tradition. Side options are also steakhouse traditional, with fresh vegetables as well as loaded baked potatoes.

For those who love seafood, we offer our oysters, sourced from within walking distance and many exciting spins on traditional offerings. The Cut's Yellowfin Tuna is popular as a Tartar as well as our Sushi-Grade Entree.

First time at The Chatham Cut, and it was outstanding! The food was amazing and the steaks were cooked perfect! Torri our server was so attentive and accommodating! If you have room for dessert, try the cannoli board, it was incredible! We took it to go and had it for breakfast the next morning!

Everything was amazing!!! Food was perfect, drinks were awesome, but the thing that made it the most memorable was the service from our waitress melissa. She made us feel so welcomed, relaxed, and never rushed even with our late reservation. She made our entire experience perfect, and because of her we will definitely return!!!

Maybe it was an off night but VERY disappointed. Service was bad - felt rushed. server was unpleasant - couldn’t be bothered with our table once it was clear 2 of the 4 people weren’t drinking. And rudely kept trying to remove plates before all guests were finished. Pasta was tasteless - steak tips were small for the price and the filet was just meh. Absolutely not going back - plenty of other restaurants delivering better food, better ambiance, better drinks for better prices.

Wonderful place for a special occasion! Service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. Meal was timed perfectly, so we never felt rushed but also never wondered when the next course was coming out. Drinks were fabulous and steak was prepared exactly as we each asked for it. Definitely a great experience!

This was our first time eating here & we were immediately impressed with the ambience of the dining & bar area with tables spaced nicely apart & background music just right. Lobster bisque was plentiful & delicious as was the swordfish/lamb chops/petite filet mignon. Side dishes were enough for 4 people! Generous food portions & a good pour of wine was noted by all of us. We will definitely be back!

First time visit. What a treat! The food is outstanding - highly recommend the Burrata Board which can easily serve 2 or 3. Steaks are high quality and the sides can feed 3-4. Our waitress Melissa was a gem and manager Matt checked on us twice. The wine selection, especially Italian varieties, compares to the best Boston restaurants. Price and value outstanding. If there’s one down side it’s the tables are close together. A delight.

The food and the overall service is good, but I cannot understand why every time we’ve been here (4 times) we’ve made a reservation, enter the dining room where there are plenty of open tables, and each time, we are seated directly in front of the service station, which is literally a foot away from our chairs. We ask to switch to another table and are always told that the other tables are booked, even though no one is sitting in them. We won’t be back, simply because I’m not going to spend hundreds of dollars on a meal where someone is jostling around behind me the entire time. If I was at a less exclusive restaurant, I’d adjust my expectations accordingly.

We ordered off the special Thanksgiving menu. The variety was appreciated.Everything was great from cocktails to cappuccino. We did order the the cannoli board for dessert. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved The Chatham Cut and will be back soon! The menu is really well rounded with very reasonable prices …pastas, burgers, chicken and of course they’re amazing steaks. We shared the porterhouse which was fantastic and such a great deal for the size and quality of the meat. The house chopped salad with gardiniera was really delicious as were all the sides - carrots. rosemary potatoes and sautéed spinach. The wine list was also a pleasant surprise with really interesting and well priced Italian varietals - we loved the Barbera de’Alba. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was really nice and relaxed- upscale but not fancy. Highly highly recommend this restaurant!!
