Food was lovely staff very friendly and the food came quickly nice upstairs as well surrounded by photos of different artists who had visited the Cavern Club

Service was very good. Food was really nice. Chargrilled chicken very tasty and the ribeye was done to request and very nice.

The food was great and the service was perfect. I didn’t feel rushed but meals were delivered at a comfortable pace to enjoy each course.

The atmosphere was great, the service was excellent and the food hit the spot. Like everything else we’ve experienced in Liverpool, the Cavern Club Restaurant was a great time.

Reserved high-top table (all that was available) for last-minute reservation on a Saturday evening before a Liverpool match. (Eatery is right across from the famous Cavern Club.) Staff is friendly & food is pub-quality good. We had fish & chips. Would dine here again.

This is our second visit really enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff who quickly sorted incorrect dessert order which arrived. All food fabulous, well presented and we didn’t have to wait long will definitely be back on our next visit from Scotland

Love this restaurant in the heart of Liverpools caven quarter. Food is nice well presented and good value. Staff friendly and helpful. The decor is great with items fom the old caven club and great pictures.

Three of us had the Scouse on the menu and it was fine. The fourth had the chicken noodles and it was just ok.

Lovely restaurant. Very reasonable food prices although£9 for glass of wine was I thought bit excessive. Will definitely go again.

My wife, 2 kids and I dined here last night. The food was amazing (2 x fish and chips and 1 sweet/spicy chicken noodle) and I would highly recommend same. A big shout out to Rose who was very very helpful.

Starters were lovely . One member of the group disappointed with steak and had to send it back as just grissle . Had a burger instead which he also wasn’t too happy with . Staff very apologetic and helpful . Overall good very good and wouldn’t put us off coming again

Had a fantastic meal. Could not fault the food we had, it was full of flavour and would recommend this restaurant and I will 100% revisit when I come back to Liverpool. I had one really small issue, the table we was put on was a high table with chair like stalls, which I found really uncomfortable due to having short legs, and arthritis in my back I kept getting dead legs. I was not going to mention to the staff this as it is just a minor issue and from what I could see the restaurant didn't have many low seats and tables available. But overall my experience was absolutely fantastic, and professional staff.

Lovely welcome, great atmosphere. Music memorabilia made a great ambience. Food was nice but a bit pricey for what it was. Little disappointed that no nice fuss was made for my Mums 91st Birthday, I had shared at booking that it was a special occasion asxshe was turning 91 and would also have thought we could be seated on a low table downstairs, instead Mum had to climb a flight of stairs. Would return as I know what to expect.

Service very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Food good but not very hot. They add a Service charge to the bill which we did pay but I think a tip should be at your discretion. Really nice experience. Not sure whether would go again.

Good quality food and friendly service. Good selection of vegan and vegetarian options- vegan burger was lovely! Cool decor as well, but the food was a little expensive.

Overall a great place to eat , great location over the road from the Cavern . Nicely furnished and comfortable seating . Good choice on menu ,we had the steak and scouse really well cooked and presented . The only thing I would say is that staff could be a little more attentive. First night we ate there we hadn’t booked ,but we waited by the desk for a staff member who did acknowledge and see us waiting . He then carried on serving other diners for well over 10 minutes before he actually came and sat us down . I do think he could have been a bit more welcoming and sat us earlier as there were plenty tables available. I asked for ketchup with my meal and gave them time to send some over . I then had to ask again till in the end I got up from table to ask another member of staff for some which he provided. Also when ordering latte , no sugar was provided . I don’t know why restaurants don’t bring it automatically with hot drinks as they only then have to go and fetch some making an extra journey for the staff member. Apart from that I would recommend visiting the cavern pub it was good value and tasty food . Staff just need to show a little more attentive service .

Wonderful service and food from the moment we walked in. It made our 50th birthday celebration and pre theatre meal fabulous occasion! The Cavern Club Restaurant is so much better than any Hard Rock Cafe I've ever been to. Well done everyone, keep up the good work!

First time there, kinda went there for the name. Surprisingly good food. Tried different Scouse in Liverpool, the one from the cavern restaurant is the my favourite. Also ordered fish and chip, yet the batter of the fish was too much for my taste.

Absolutely loved this place, first time there but definitely won’t be the last. Had a great meal with my wife and the service was excellent with very pleasant members of staff looking after us.
