Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. What a fantastic evening! It was my husband’s celebratory dinner for 30years in active duty in the US Navy. From the time we got to our table to the last picture we took before leaving, everything was magnificent. The food, as always, was exquisite. But Michael, our server, was SO MUCH MORE than that. His knowledge of the entire menu was on point. He was friendly, courteous, and extremely generous. The entire staff was kind, polite and gracious. Kudos to all!

Our server Erica was wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable and kept an eye on our table. Food was very good. Perfect meal and time as always.

This location continues to disappoint, my fourth and last visit. Steak cooked well done and clearly burned to a crisp plated and served as medium rare. Many other issues, but I recommend they institute digital meat thermometers for the kitchen. Bizarre how off the Capital Grille standard this mall location is.

Came to celebrate a late mother's day dinner and Sydney was amazing. Took great care of us. Recommend the NY strip and the sea bass.

Our 3rd time eating at this location. Always have great service and amazing food! We have never had a bad meal or time when coming to Capital Grille. Already planning our next visit!

Birthday. Steaks were not cooked properly. One was burnt and another well-done. The request was for medium rare and rare. Drinks were a mess. The fish tasted off. Overall very disapponting.

Let me first say that I regularly entertain clients at other Capital Grilles, and this was my first time at the Old Orchard location and it was not business. I had two major complaints, the quality of the service and my filet. Our server was a huge disappointment and really diminished the entire experience. It took two requests for a wine list before he brought it over, I’ve never once had to ask for the wine list at a Capital Grille. After ordering, I overheard the server at an adjacent table reviewing the nights specials, and our server failed to mention two that I would have been extremely interested in. Our server further left us waiting for nearly five minutes after entrees were served to bring our wine, which was ordered when we placed the entree order. And finally, he did not check with us to confirm the steaks were cooked as we ordered them. That leads me to my biggest disappointment which was a bone-in filet I had. The filet was butchered at an angle, meaning that half of the steak would be overcooked when ordering medium rare. Further, it was one of the lowest quality filets I’ve ever had.. tough and chewy. The steak knife had a touch time cutting the meat. And to cap it off, the meat was not seasoned properly. Normally I have no problem letting the staff know about poorly prepared food, but the only time the server came back was to ask if we wanted dessert. I will not be back to this location. Service is everything.

Art our server was incredible. It was my nieces birthday, and he even brought us each a glass of champagne. The table had a card on it for her as well as some confetti. It was very thoughtful. He was very pleasant to deal with and so attentive, but not overly so. The food was Perfect as usual. Even brought us dessert. It was a wonderful, relaxing delicious experience.thank you Art.
