    Unable to cook burger according to desired temperature twice! Waitress extremely passive and not helpful even rude when needing to send burger back for correct temperature and questioned what’s the problem! Had to ask for things multiple times .

    Love the burgers. Both our burgers were juicy and tasty and with incredibly fresh toppings. Really like that I could order a small side Caesar instead of fries.

    Excellent choice amongst many other restaurants on Newbury. We were a little late getting there due to crowds from Fenway but they managed to seat us anyway. The place was pretty busy. Food was perfect. Medium burger was cooked exactly to a hot pink center. Salad was fresh and crisp. They even ran out to the street after dinner to give me my hat that I had removed and placed on my seat! Good experience overall I would recommend it.

    Great place to grab a burger and a drink. Upscale feel but with pricing to match a more casual spot. However not stuffy. Very enjoyable spot along Newbury St.

    The upstairs was very hot. The thermometer said 83 degrees. It was stifling. We had to ask to move

    The Capital Burger was a nice place to spend mother's day with mum. Comfortable seating, attentive service, with great food. All members of the party were well impressed by the delicious choices on the menu. Will certainly be going back.

    Alex was an exceptional server. The tuna poke nachos are one of our favorite dishes and they have a pretty exceptional lobster roll as well. As always, loved their hamburger and Gouda fries.
