The Ice Room is a unique tasting experience exclusive to The Canadian Icehouse! This expertly crafted, sub-zero tasting room is composed entirely of hand-crafted ice and snow and is kept at a temperature of -35°C to hold the purity of our products without contamination. Before entering, you will be provided with a sanitized, goose-down jacket and mittens to ensure you remain at your ideal temperature. Once inside, our Spirit Expert will guide your group of up to 6 guests through the taste, type, and characteristics of four ½ oz. vodka samples, including Belvedere and three samples of your choice. Our server had a lot of issues, the food was underwhelming as there was barely any toppings, also they gave us very little salsa and sour cream.

Greatest place to grab a beer and dinner before an Oilers game. You are mere steps away from the entrance to Rogers Place. The pregame environment is awesome especially for a playoff game! Service is quick, beer is ice cold and the food is fresh and hot! The servers are so friendly too

As always, we had great service! It was very busy due to playoffs, but never waited for anything!

10 wings for $19 is $2 bucks per wing. Not sure who came up with that menu price but it is ridiculous. Service was really good however.

Went to watch the Oilers playoff game and not a better sports bar and atmosphere in Canada. The place is simply electric and visually off the charts. Service was exceptional and food super quick, as well as very well priced (like half the price of Rogers or the outdoor watch parties but with all the action). Will be back for game 2!!

The cleanliness of this restaurant is questionable. The table looks like it was cleaned with old mop water, smeared dirty marks all over the table, the glasses were equally filthy looking, garbage in the bathrooms over flowing and it wasn't even busy inside. Probably could use some attention to detail.

It was our first time going here for the UFC 300 event. Our server was great however the hockey game was playing in the same section as we were in. Wouldn’t have been an issue except the surround sound was the hockey game 90% of the time and we were told that it would only go back to the UFC only during intermissions of the hockey game. This was pretty disappointing since this bar seemed to have quite some hype over UFC events. Drinks were okay and the Same team Soda had more ice than alcohol.

The service and food is always really good and quick and prices well. The only issue that we have been discussing with the employers is that for some reason the security are in charge of playing music and seems to be inappropriate for the people enjoying the evening. We enjoy all types of music but the gangster rap is not enjoyable according to most of the patrons. This may well stop us and others from attending as when we asked for a different variety the volume just seems to be increased. I will recommend people but with a warning about the music.

Manager made every attempt to get the game on the tv...was not an Oilers game night...but regardless was successful...food was great...service was quick and came back often to check on our table...clean...great atmosphere...great experience

Loved the busy loud atmosphere for the oilers game. Watching the groups enter into the ice room was an added bonus.

The music was overpowering and people were trying to talk over it. Way too loud but that’s the only knock on it I have. We reserved the vip reservation and the service was excellent. Two of us could not eat all of the nachos that came with the reservation. Other than being too loud for this old guy it was fantastic.

The service was great & fast, given that it was an event night. The place was packed but it's a great place to go if you are going to Roger's Place. Would definitely go back again before any event.

Our waitress was exceptional! Food was served hot and fairly quick considering it was event day. One meal was late coming out, beef dip was not good quality meat. Waitress made the visit exceptional.

Our server was fantastic, particularly given that she was actually a bartender, and was filling in. I didn’t particularly like having to pre-pay $60 worth of food and drinks just to guarantee I got a table, but if the demand is so high, I guess it is what it is.

It was good the nachos were sad not much for topping and hardly any cheese. The drinks were in consistent but ok. Service was pretty good but it wasn’t that busy. The location is great and that’s the key for this place

Been three times now. Chronically understaffed on game days is an understatement. 20 minutes to get drink, double that to get a basic dish. Ordered the VIP package for four and the waitress was totally unaware and we didnt recieve half of it. Poor poor representation in its current state to be considered the “go to” place prior to games. Ten better restaurants within a two block radius to pre-game.
