Reserved our usual table for UFC300/Oilers game for my birthday. When we arrived, the manager Alex had decorated our table. It was a pleasant surprise. We tried their wagyu hotdog meal, which came with the biggest pickle I’ve ever seen. It was delicious! Later in the evening we ordered the birthday nachos. Again, they were excellent! We had a great time, as usual. It was nice to meet the new GM, Samantha. Overall great night! Well done Brewhouse, St. Albert South!!!

Music was too loud for a restaurant/bar….night club ok, but not a restaurant. I know it’s a sports bar but the after music was extreme

We come here often, Need to give a shout out to our waitress Brittany, she was amazing! Checked up on us time to time and always had a smile on her face! Restaurant has great atmosphere! Food came as we liked it!! Will come to this location again for sure!

UFC 299 and my husband’s birthday was awesome at Canadian Brew House! Then he won the $500 cooler full of top of the line meat from RIBEYE! Couldn’t have been a better night! Alex, the Manager, took great care of us (as usual)and our food and server, Temson, was amazing!

Hannah our server did a great jo of looking after our large "open house group" she was prompt, friendly. I am sure it wasnt easy looking after so many open bar tabs but she was a rock star. Had the mac and cheese pretty spicy portions were not great. bud light lime way too expensive. Other than that it was a good time thanks so much

I made a reservation for the Oiler game. We had to wait a couple minutes for our table, which wasn’t too bad. We all ordered wings. Mine were under cooked. Alex was amazing and just took them off our bill. If somethings not right, they go out of their way to make it right. The nachos were outstanding, as usual. We’ll be back for UFC. Thank you Brewhouse!!

Service with top notch. So friendly and for our orders correct. We were there on a Friday for prime rib. Not that good. Lots of fat and tough. All other food was excellent.

Gord and Alex went out of their way to make up for our last UFC experience. This time, for UFC 298, our service and food was outstanding! Well done Canadian Brewhouse!! We’ll be back for more.

We had a reservation for a week, I went to the restaurant early that day to ensure we had an appropriate table for the UFC 297 and Oilers hockey game, was advised to pick the table we wanted and reserved it with Sam then when we got there, the reservations were all changed and it was an ordeal to get our table. It appeared the on duty manager was trying to take it for a friend. That’s not professional nor right. The disability washroom is locked at all times and you have to get a manager to let you in. Very awkward! The ribeye steak specials (we had 3), are very thin, 2 were not cooked to order. One was way over done and one very fatty;however, one was decent. After the bad steaks, most of our party were still hungry so we ordered the nachos. They were outstanding! Overall, the management, serving staff and food could be better. We enjoyed the UFC fights and hockey game. UPDATE: February 7, 2024 We heard from the GM and Assistant GM regarding this matter and they have gone out of their way to make this right. We have reserved again for the next UFC fights (UFC 298) and are sure we’ll have a much better experience. Thank you Canadian Brewhouse!

The overall service was excellent, every staff member was pleasant and kind. The food came out quickly and was tasty. Thanks for the gift of the Santa hat for our little grandson, he was thrilled!

My husband had the Canadian burger and said was the best burger he has had . And we shared an order of wings hotti-taki this were very tasty right amount of heat ! I had beef dip with cactus fries and dill dip fries were delicious, but beef dip could only eat half had a burnt flavour but didn’t see any burnt ness on it so tasted off would never order this again it was horrible!!! Wish I would have ordered the chicken burger instead !

Only one complaint : NO ELEVATOR TO ACCESS PATIO. We can't handle 2 long flight of stairs to get to patio. God forbid if we have to use the bathroom and take that long trip back down. Very dangerous for old people like us! We would recommend the Brewhouse to friends but only if they were young & in good shape.

Great dining, however it was a little difficult for one of my guests making it up those stairs even tho I made the reservation for the downstairs. An elevator would have been nice.

Sadly they were understaffed. We waited 30-45 mins for just water. It was our daughters University grad and came to enjoy the patio. We were patient but overall a sad experience.

Our family was in on Saturday to celebrate 2 birthdays. We made a reservation which was perfect as we were a group of 8. The manager came to the table to see if everything was okay which was nice to see. There was a hockey game playing, and while I usually don't mind the enthusiasm of hockey, the volume was a little loud above us, especially trying to converse with two 70+year olds. The manager came over personally and was able to turn the volume down adequately. As usual at Canadian Brewhouse south we had a great experience, our server was amazing, friendly and patient. Food and drinks were delicious, we will definitely continue to go back to CB! Cheers!

We came for the hockey game. I know it was busy but we were at the table in the corner upstairs & we waited just short of 2 hours to get our order taken & another 45 minutes to be served our food. At the end, when we were leaving & settling our bills, there was a discrepancy & some items were on the wrong bills so the server went away with them & we waited over 30 minutes for him to come back. In the time we were there, we watched other groups arrive, order, be served, eat, pay & leave. We spent a large amount of our time waiting - for our drinks, to order, for our food, to pay our bill - which made for a disappointing & frustrating evening.

There needs to be better integration between the two platforms. Created a reservation with details and the following issues occurred , frustration built and no accountability or request with respect on this occurred or prevent for recurring in the future. 1) Selected reservation, no one was there to greet or ask if we had a reservation. 2) Selected high top during the reservation, this area opens @ 14:00 3) Selected the reason for attending (birthday party), waitress asked if we celebrating a special event. If I was the manager, I would have asked, what app did you use so I can provide feedback to the appropriate departments to enhance. Possible resolutions: 1) Remove the option for reservation or when booking reservations have a notification advising this is self seating or when you arrive, advise you have a reservation. 2) If selecting the high top, have a notification that is only available between or after certain hours (local time zone) or just have it greyed out till available 3) Remove the special event question or when arrived, locate waiter and advise you have a reservation, the waiter then reviews the reservation, saving time and questioner redundancy. This experience was frustrating and confusing, felt this was a waste of time and not required.

We had the spinach dip which was pretty tasty and then ordered the Taco salad which came with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. The salsa had no spice or heat to it, very disappointing. Adding a little spice or heat would have really made a huge difference. It was not very good. How ever I have not tried anything else from there menu but I have been told their food is usually very good.

We went for the game and it was packed. The staff was friendly and we didn’t wait long for anything. I’ve been to this location a few times and they never disappoint!

Disappointed. Issues with reservation, didn't have enough seats even after we were move. Server was friendly and did her best but they were severely understaffed. Many of the food and drink items came very late or did not come at all. Sat upstairs for the hockey game. Not happy, don't plan on going back.
